This was hands down the most professional group of people at any company I have ever dealt with. Normally when attempting to get a loan it is a flat yes or no. They were very helpful and reasonable with how I wanted to communicate. The pay back fees are very doable which is also wonderful. Very much enjoyed my interaction with them.

I would not recommend at all. I had been very open and honest about my crediting rating, my income and everything else. I told the guy if he didn't think it would work I would rather not go through with the credit check. No, we have approved people at 400 he says . My credit was way above that, wasted three days. They couldn't keep track of any paper work and I had to send them the same paperwork two or three times. When I did finally get everything sorted I was on hold for 15 min before I hung up I didn't need anymore of my time wasted. I then get a text saying your not approved, reapply at a later date. After everything I told the guy he most likely knew I wouldn't be approve but went ahead anyway. Personally I wouldn't use them again, if they had been honest and said hey maybe wait a couple months fine. I feel they went against what I was asking for as a customer, and then didn't give a reason for being declined either. How can someone improve their situation if they don't know what's hindering them. Worst customer serviceObviously not honest or have the best interest of the client. Run!

Laura was the financial advisor that handled my loan. I am very happy with her as she walked me through all the steps. She even went above and beyond to suggest a plenty of options for me and listed every single detail about why each one might suit my condition. She suggested that I should go with the lowest amount, with is less than 1000, to build my credit for loan first as she said it is not the same as equifax. She sorted out all the details and I’m pretty happy about the interest rate. Transaction is almost instant and I would certainly get back to her in December which is the actual date when I need the fund of 7k+.The guy I would give 4 stars cause he seems to be a little bit pushy and impatient. I understand why because I am in customer service and I certainly can’t hold my emotion when I have to explain again and again to a new customer. However, he is very nice in general and I am grateful.

They were very thorough at getting all my proper, but not unnecessary information. They worked quick and at the end they advised me on lots of credit and financial building tips!Obviously interest rates depend on your credit, but with 3 months of being responsible and on time, you can qualify for a lower interest rate which in turn, helps your credit and finances.Definitely helped me when in a pinch.
