This year, I was supposed to have a large, typical Indian wedding. Decor, venue, catering, makeup artist, clothing all in order and deposits paid well in advance. My then fiancé, lives in the US. With the pandemic, this meant our wedding had to be canceled or postponed. Since everything was very up in the air we decided the best course of action would be to cancel, get our deposits back and wait out the pandemic. We had no issues expect for with our decorator. This is when Mandy Badwal came in, offered us amazing, clear and concise legal guidance. I wasn’t looking to destroy my relationship with my decorator, however, considering the global pandemic, lay offs and the uncertainty, we definitely needed that money back. Mandy made everything very simple, she took care of getting in touch with the decorator via, phone, email and letter. She truly took out time to get to know exactly what was going on with my situation and what I needed. I truly admire her work and appreciate the sense of care, respect and honesty she brings to the table with her clients. She is very dedicated and gives her all. She continued to follow up not only with the decorator but to see how I was doing during the entire process. It truly went a lot smoother than I had expected and all thanks to Mandy Badwal! Susan Kim is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My case was long and tough and she was so patient with me and worked tirelessly and diligently to help me with the things that mattered the most to me. She went above and beyond to do research on various things that I needed more detail on and was also very supportive of me through my moods and changing emotions. I highly recommend her! Priti Khurana was my lawyer for 5 years. Please be aware to hire her. She is like a leach. Looking for ICBC benefits not clients benefits. She is working for them not for you. All what she do pushing so hard to get more money, easy 30% from your case but she doesn't go to trial. it is not worth it for her to go trial and work long hrs in the Court for extra 3%. She will push so hard to settle your case before trial. She is looking for easy money without working. All her paper works are copy paste from other old documents. You have to read everything she send because she will write lots of wrong information about you even your name. She came to the meditation without reading or getting ready. She has zero knowledge with Arbitration. Her job is just to threaten her clients through the phone. She asked me to admit the accident and cap my damage. What kind of lawyer is this!! I stopped picking up her phone and asked her to keep our communication through emails because I want to have records but she refused. She is not a good listener. Please be aware and stay away from this name (Priti Khurana).
