Solo Storage & Truck Rental

I don't leave reviews...ever. But the service I've received from Sandy over the years has been exceptional. I've rented a space for about 8 years now. Never have I had a complaint about the facility or security. I've also rented moving trucks from them three times. I'll spare the details, but I actually had a small complaint about one of their policies very recently. Sandy heard me out, understood where I was coming from, and went out of her way to not only explain why it had to be that way (which made complete sense). She also provided me with three possible solutions that might help (which they did). If you're needing a storage space, or moving vehicle - please consider them as a top option.

Sandy is a liar!! And Jenna is a coward who hides behind her minions to only steal from people who store valuable, sentimental items that belong to family members that passed away and is very shady. Do not trust this business.

I was paying on my storage for 5 months straight on time. I was told there was a 5 day grace period so I took there word for it I went to get into my storage unit after being only 4 days late and they had already locked me out. When I returned my storage unit was missing my toolbox lawnmower and I'm sure other things that I couldn't notice right off the top very disappointed I don't know whether staff stole from me but somebody with the lockout key definitely went through my storage unit terrible experience do not spend your money on this storage shelter they're Crooks

When our truck did not arrive Sandy immediately attempt to contact Penske only to discover there was a storm & power outages in the area. She quickly secured a truck for us and we were on our way. We appreciate all you did for us. You are the best!

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review for a business, but in case anyone is considering renting a storage unit here I wanted them to be informed.My husband and I stored the majority of our belongings here from June-August. Upon reserving a unit he was told that in order to receive his deposit back, he would need to leave a review the day we started renting. Obviously there were no complaints at that time, so they have a nice 4-star review to their name.In August when we unpacked our belongings and moved to our new home we found almost everything had been infested with mice. As reasonable people, some limited mouse damage would not have been a huge concern, but this was excessive and shocking. While some items, such as our couch were not in boxes, the majority of our property was stored either in boxes or large tupperware bins with lids. We have salvaged and cleaned what we can, but we had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of property including the majority of our young children's toys and many sentimental items that money could not replace.We do admit that we didn't have renters insurance on the unit and have quickly learned our lesson there. I'm not sure on the policy of the business towards rodent damage in the insurance policy, but from what I have researched, rodent damage isn't usually covered. When my husband called to explain our problem and come to a solution he was told in so many words, No insurance

Fair prices and the units floors are raised so not to worried about flooding. However you get 24 access but there is no light in the unit and the ones and the building barely work and when they do there so dim ya cant see anyways. Other then that though great place! Even offer free pallets for your stuff to go on!

The customer service I received on the day I rented my unit was impeccable. I had a heated unit with 24 hour access. I tried to unload my stuff at 3:30 am before crossing the boarder to go home and my access code wouldn't work. I couldn't cross the boarder with all my work stuff so I ended up having to stay in a hotel. Went back the next morning (5 hours later) to be told they never activated my 24 hour access. I was very upset since they charge you extra to access to you unit after hours. The District Manager Jenna did nothing but offer me $10 for my trouble. I was not satisfied after paying $70 for a hotel just to have access to my unit. I was back 2 days later and Jenna was not working so I spoke with a gentleman who refused to anything as well. He told me he would call me back but of course I have not heard anything. Stay away from this place. They do not back up their service and to be quite honest they were rude about their own incompetency. Disgusting business etiquette.

The lady Sandy in the office is amazing the storage facility is almost a amazing as Sandy

I recently moved from West Palm Beach, Florida and needed storage. The staff was very friendly and courteous and helpful in arranging to accommodate the move. They made the trip less scary and were very helpful in arranging storage from 1200 miles away. Thank you to Sandy.
