I had most of my upstairs windows replaced by Clera and their team. They were friendly and professional. A few months later I had a bay window added to my main floor, so i called Clera again. There were a few mishaps with the installation that were solely my houses fault, but the Clera team were able to think up alternative options so the window could be installed. They did extra work to help keep the existing installation plan. They were knowledgeable and always friendly.I would recommend them to my family and friends and definitely use them again in the future.

I had the pleasure to deal with Al and the experience, honesty and professionalism was at its best! I ordered a patio door that was very quick to show up and the removal and install went smooth. Looks great, works great. They stand behind there product, warranty is phenomenal, you will not be disappointed or let down!Highly recommended..........

We recently (6 months ago) had our patio door replaced and couldn't be more happy. Al was awesome, very communicative and professional. As our door was custom built, it was a wait for the installation, but spot-on with Al's estimation. The install team was efficient; even when Al came over after install, he noticed the top trim was crooked before I could even mention it and was on the phone with his team to have someone come back the next day to fix it. Made it through the winter with zero issues, no draft at all. Definitely highly recommend Al and his team!

It was a real pleasure to deal with Alain in Pembroke with all our new window and older window repairs. This man is very knowledgable and takes the time to properly explain everything. He went out of his way to supply everything we needed quickly as I was out of town doing a window replacement and other repairs. The window He sells from Fm industries are amoung the best windows I have installed in the last 20 years. I look forward to dealing with Alain again for the next window job. Keep up the good work Alain.

I highly recommend Clera Windows. The installer Al Deroy did a great job installing my new patio door. He arrived on time, completed the job the same day, and treated my property with respect. Their prices are great and the process was smooth from start to finish.
