Unacceptable compensationA great Canada vacation that was only spoiled by the campervan rental company Canadream. 50 km after pickup one of the rear double tires was flat.the hotline told us we had to drive back. On site, the technician was quite angry and said we shouldn't have driven with a flat tire. After 2 hours of repair and 50 km later, the tire was flat again. No more help on Saturday or Sunday.lost two and a half days of vacation. When we returned, we wanted to return the car 4 hours later, which would have cost $375. We were fobbed off with $300 for our 2.5 days of lost vacation.Never again Canadaream!RV was quite nice with modern interiors but for German standard noisy and ramshackle

Be very careful when booking through here, and particularly careful if you have any problems with the vehicle. Staff mis communicated with us many times, we found used condom wrappers in the RV and we paid additional for an early pickup but the staff weren’t ready for us. Clarify everything with staff and get it in writing - they sent us to a tire place to get a tire replacement, said it would be reimbursed and then went back on this comment. They also tried to charge us for a towing that never occurred - a staff member even went as far as to try to explain what “towing” is in an incredibly patronising way, even though we knew 100% we had never been towed in the RV. Seems like they are out to make money at an expense to the customer.

We rented a camper van from CanaDream with the 7 day special they were running - it was the best price we found after calling around several places. Quick service at pickup and they clearly walked us through how to operate the camper and all it's features. Super fun way to travel around and explore BC - we saw tons of these and the CanaDream campers on the road while we were driving up toward Whistler and Squamish. I'd recommend CanaDream for the competitive price, quality of the vehicles, and good service experience.

Honestly, one of the better car rental experiences I’ve had. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s an expensive service, but you are paying for awesome cars and great service. Worth it if you can afford it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall good performance, but very messy pick up with over 50min additional wait although slot was booked.Lots of things within the motorhome missing or has to be booked additionally against charges.Staff are very friendly and have a good overall knowledge.There could be more efficiency in regards of processes etc. to avoid waiting times for customers.

Just returned our Canadream Deluxe Camper Van today after a 4-day trip in Vancouver, B.C.Our van was a brand new late model Coleman converted Ford Transit. Had plenty of power and amenities for us during our camping stays. Everything worked perfectly as it should.Service was amazing. Heidi at the counter was very easy to deal with and was very helpful in explaining the rental process. Once we brought it back we had it inspected and our inspection agent was beyond nice. The entire process was seamless and easy.Couldn’t have had a better experience.

things that were great:- well-equipped modern vehicles which are in an excellent condition and very clean- very friendly and helpful staff at pick-up and drop-off- well developed digital onboarding process before pick-up- excellent preparation-videos to get familiar with the vehicle beforehand- great handbook for technical trouble shooting during the trip.- additional perks like a fuel savings card for certain gas stationsthings that could be improved:- performance of the canadream app, especially on startup.- more fuel efficient vehicles, but that's not directly in canadreams hands.- include little salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen package, it feels wasteful to have to buy that for a short trip, even if it's donated to charity afterwards.

Everything was awesome. One of the best trip we had! Watch for the bears! LOL

Great RV very clean and comfortable. Easy to use and ride. Had a great vacation.
