Finest Gold has always been extremely helpful they helped with a beautiful chain for my cross which means so much to me. The service was exceptional they even repaired my chain for my cross when I thought I had to buy a new one great service great company. I highly recommend this store for all of your jewelry needs unspeakable service They take service and your needs very seriously and are always willing to help and give advice highly recommendedWell it happened again my chain to my cross got broken went back to Finest Gold and they only made me pay only 25 dollars this company and staff is amazing and my cross means more to me than anything in this world. If I’m not wearing I feel so naked. I’m great full they repaired it again great people warm and friendly always so polite and very warm this company is number 1 in service. Highly recommended.

Feb 2023: I’ve recently returned again to sell some pieces of gold jewelry. I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner Amir. He is an honest man that will give his best advice and best price. There is no other place I will go to buy or sell. The entire staff is friendly and professional I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for yet another amazing experience!Added 4 months ago: I am so happy to say I had the best experience selling my jewelry. Not only am I happy with the price I received but I was assisted by the kindest woman! Susan took her time and gave me her honest opinion and advice. Was looking online for a jeweller that does on site repairs and came across Finest Gold Gallery. With it being close to home and with amazing reviews, decided to swing by. They accommodated me right on the spot and my request took about 15 minutes. Fair pricing too. The lady helping me was very nice and detailed with understanding what I was looking to have altered. Highly recommend! Their jewelry also looks very beautiful and one of a kind. Definitely keeping this business in mind for future custom jewelry! Thank you again for the great service!

I went to get an engagement ring resized but instead of taking our money, they instead told us that it might not be worth the small adjustment and to just wait and see if the fit would change. They were so informative and transparent, we definitely would have just spent the money not knowing better. We really appreciate the honesty and for that, we're definitely going back if we ever need any jewellery services!

Outstanding and talented professionals here, bring your gold in confidence. I had a small project to simply replace and reforge a pendant bail for a 2 tone piece that was a high end designer piece. The bail was originally in 925 silver, but because I pair this piece with another gold piece from the same designer, the bails were clashing - it would look better gold. This was a purely cosmetic project. I attached some before and after photos, as you can see it was a simple small project.Within the same walk in session , the goldsmith was able to replace the entire bail into a solid gold 18k piece (from some recycled gold on the spot) the result looked outstanding! These guys are professional FAST and work on the spot. They melted the gold on the spot and even showed me and asked for my feedback during the process. I paid an excellent and fair price for the weight in gold and the work was superb.

I visited Finest Gold Gallery two days ago and was very happy with the service I received from Susan and Sam. I happened upon this shop through a quick Google search. One of the accent stones fell out of my ring. When I arrived, Susan greeted me with a lovely smile and was quick to offer her help. The shop is very clean, organized and gives off a really welcoming and cozy vibe. Both Susan and Sam were really quick, kind and professional and not even 30mins later from entering the store, my ring was restored! Have a look at the picture attached, can you tell which accent stone fell out? Because I honestly can't! I'm located in Toronto and I must say, this trip was well worth it. I recommend everyone to come visit this shop! They really do offer the best prices and their service is beyond amazing!

They are very experienced, professional & extremely helpful.I have been going there for quite awhile with different jewelry issues & have always been more than satisfied.Today I broke a ‘treasured necklace’ & took it in for repairs. They fixed it while I waited & I was so appreciative.Their customer service is ‘second to none’ & ‘highly recommend’ people give them a try!

A truly outstanding place! We were looking for a place to take a gem we had purchased and the place we had purchased it at raved about Amir at finest gold gallery. Amir was outstanding and helped us not only find the perfect setting for our gem and the right chain for it, but also helped us find a beautiful ring for my beautiful wife. The work he did on setting the gem was the best I’ve ever seen and the work of the ring he had created was also simply outstanding. Amir and his people are the best of the best. I cannot recommend them enough!
