My son loves his time at the gym. Great club with great coaches and a wonderful community!

Our kids just attended summer camp and had so many fun stories to tell. They loved it! The staff were always so positive and happy to see us. They are personable with the kids and get to know each as an individual. We would definitely send the kids here again.

I don't see any negative things, except that we can barely see our kids while they are doing gymnastics..I had experience with a different place and coaches in KWGC are definitely doing a better job - will monitor progress and adjust reviews accordingly.

I arranged classes for my Granddaughter and her parents got the email stating that she was registered. We both looked at the email. When this 4 year old child got to the class tonight (Friday) she was taken to the class and allowed to change and then took said she had to go home. I had heard good reviews for this club but your customer service is not what I would expect from a supposedly professional organization, I am very disappointed in a supposed kid friendly environment

My daughter has attended two sessions and has enjoyed her time here. There is one big open gym with many classes being run concurrently and there are programs for all ages, including adults. The equipment seems well maintained and the activities are catered to the age and abilities of the participants, with kids at the younger ages being rotated through multiple stations so they don't get bored.There's plenty of parking available on site and there's a viewing lounge upstairs for parents to use and watch their kids, as parents are not allowed in the main gym.You'll need to register early as space fills up very quickly.

I am changing my rating from a 5 to a 1. This place has gone downhill drastically since we started and we will no longer sign up for classes here. I raised my concerns to someone on the team and was given a dismissive response. We are extremely disappointed in how our concerns about a poorly managed system were handled.Issues include:- staff ignoring students/chatting amongst themselves instead of helping the students- inappropriate activities for young students. Having 4-year-olds on the very high bars (and crying because they are afraid of the height) for example- unprepared instructors (no class plan, and saying ummm" while they think of things on the fly)- unqualified instructors (teenagers who know about gymnastics but know nothing about teaching are NOT qualified to teach)- mismanaged registration- ignored e mails- failure to notify families when registration is opening"

My kids enjoyed their gymnastics class and always looked forward to returning again.

So we have the first MAG competition coming up this weekend, just TWO days before the competition this club is setting a rule of only two spectators per athlete, after we had already booked a hotel, etc. so that my husband, my daughter and myself could go and watch our son competing for the first time. How can you set a rule just TWO days before the competition?????? and then I call and the receptionist is just saying that is the new rule, like REALLY??? JUST TWO DAYS BEFORE??? Who is going to pay for all the changes we have to make??? we are travelling from another city???? why don't you ask for vaccine passports, or masks instead??? How can this be reasonable??? Unbelievable!

This place is garbage! They took your money but they do not even consider teaching your children! It is very upsetting to watching the lazy coaches not teaching children! The coaches just seat there, and ignores children don’t know how to use the equipment! It’s quite disgusting. None of the coach has organized skills! Don’t ever want go there again! I can’t believe it happened in Canada and no one saying anything yet!!! Very disappointed and disgusted! Bye bye KW Gymnastics!
