It is December 23rd, late afternoon, 5 people and two dogs in the house for Christmas. Alberta Heating (Mack), responded via text immediately, was at my door in an hour and replaced a blower motor—on an old Carrier furnace. Absolutely fair pricing, quick, thorough and professional. mack and Alberta Heating saved Christmas!! Thank you, sir.

This is the second time I’ve used Alberta Heating. Their customer service is amazing. The furnace went down at my rental property. I called Alberta Heating at 10:00 PM, and by 11:30, they had already arrived, assessed the issue, provided me with a cost which was extremely reasonable, and made the repair. And because I allowed them to make the repair, they didn’t charge extra for the late night visit. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them. Mack, the technician was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He really provided a great customer experience.

Paul and his team did a fantastic job tearing out my old furnace and replacing with a new Lennox. The quote was very reasonable, no added fees or surprises! They were prompt and cleaned up and even built a new filterbox. And though I did not purchase a new humidifier from them, they are coming back next week to repair my old one!! Highly recommend this company.

During the June 2021 heatwave Mac came over to do an assessment within a couple of hours of being contacted. After confirming it would cost what he had quoted over the phone (best quote out of 4 companies) we had awesome A/C five days later. Extremely pleased with expediency, conduct and accommodation during high demand - highly recommended!

Thank goodness for Alberta Heating! They helped me out twice recently with 2 separate issues on my old furnace. The first issue was just a sensor, but the second issue was my furnace fan burning out at 9pm on a cold February night. That means no heat. They offered to come at 10pm to replace it. How amazing is that! It is usually same day or next day service at great prices and with a smile. I have used them 3 times now and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing furnace repairs. They will be back to do a furnace and duct cleaning in the spring. Happy to support and recommend this local small business.

Used this company for an emergency furnace issue mid December. They did not fix the problem the first time. Upon return they told me it was a completely different issue from what they fixed. Ended up charging me for a second time. Did not provide an invoice, would not leave my Tennants house until they received immediate payment. I’ve asked for an invoice of services rendered and have yet to hear anything back from their customer service team. It’s been over 3 weeks since the job has been completed. I can’t expense the $600 plus job since they will not provide any type of receipt or invoice. Do not use this unprofessional company unless you are in dire need.

Paul saved my house! During a -30 Cold snap last winter, of course, the furnace died. I happened upon his number from a google search and within 2 hours, on an after hours call, he had the heat blasting again.His knowledge is extensive.His integrity is unmatched.His pricing is honest.I trust his work so much, I have recommended his services to my sister-in-law (whom he saved the cost of a new furnace) and my best friend and even an old lady i happens to start talking to at Canadian tire just 3 days ago.I trust Paul to do an amazing and honest job and I share his number with whomever I meet that needs a furnace guy.
