Fantastic service! Junk Squad did such a great job clearing out our house, the place looks great and they really went above and beyond to make this place look wonderful. I was extremely impressed with the price, Junk Squad is a fraction of the cost and yet their service is far superior to other junk removal companies I used before. First class service and i will certainly use Junk Squad again.

Amazing display of professionalism by all Junk squad staff. Truck was very large and we were able to fill the entire truck. We were very pleased with the final price, the savings was terrific. All and all this was a really positive transaction and we will call on the Junk Squad again. Happy customers!!!!

I researched long and hard for best price local junk removal companies and received 7 quotes and Junk Squad was the lowest price by a very large margin. They arrived in the time slot as promised, they removed everything quickly and were very polite and professional. They managed to donate 3/4 of a truck load of old furniture, clothing, toys, sports gear and a bunch of household miscellaneous and the debris was landfill. My landfill cost was small so I was very pleased that after the entire junk removal process I walked away saving close to $925. Their trucks are three times the size of other company trucks but one third the price. It pays to do your research and I was happy to have found Junk Squad. I would recommend and I will use again for sure! Special thanks to the driver Steve for helping me with my car, very much appreciated.

Shaun was very helpful when I called to make the junk removal appointment. He was very informative and professional and he was very accommodating with my busy schedule. I have used Junk Squad on several occasions for real estate property clean-outs and they always do a perfect job. Price is without question, best in the entire GTA, I would know I have used all junk removal companies over the last 10 years. Junk Squad has earned by business and continues to keep me as a customer based on their superb service and low price. Excellent service from start to finish. The friendly customer service representative was very informative and she worked with me numerous times when I had to reschedule. The staff arrived on time and were very friendly, professional and strong. I had a full truck of junk which would have cost me three times as much with two other companies I called. I save a lot of money using Junk Squad and they brought most of my junk to charity. I can't say enough good things about Junk Squad, this was a really good experience and I plan to use them again in the Spring. A+

Junk Squad was very good at taking away all the junk from our basement. They were careful not to scratch walls and they even spent 40 minutes helping me get my car started. Very friendly and extremely helpful. I was very satisfied with the price and I will use Junk Squad again. This was a really positive experience for my first junk removal.

Amazing service by Junk Squad. They removed all the left over junk and debris from one of my rental properties and I was blown away at how much I saved. Yes they charge me extra for disposal but I saved over $800 compared to the last company I used to remove junk. The service is great, the staff are super friendly and professional and the price is the best I've seen in Toronto and I have looked into each company while getting quotes. Great job Junk Squad!!

I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks after I got charged for a landfill more than 2 months after the removal. Never got an e-mail or any call back, never got the receipt from the landfill. Got charged for more than 2 ton for a quart of a truck of laminates and vinyl.It's crazy that a company could be so unprofessional. Don't believe the paid reviews that you see below, these guys have terrible work ethic and act behind the costumers back to make an extra buck. (at least is the only explanation for not sending the invoice)Look for another service. Run from these hacks.EDIT: I've never said the order was under my name, it was under my wife's name.But the credit card that made your payment is under my name.Also, I never had the option to pre pay.I've finally managed to contact someone in your offices a few minutes ago, she was extremely nice and the first nice person to answer the phone. She told me that she would try to get the invoice as soon as possible.I'll gladly change the review and evaluation as soon as I get this paper, the shady part is staying in a radio silence for 10 days, or being treated poorly by associates that don't know how to answer the phone. Oh, and I left a voice message with my name and number.
