Terrible organization. They don't make their best to help the people applying. Especially Hongling Ji with whom I talked on phone was too arrogant and a person having lack of empathy.People's attitudes make great differences for such organizations. Today I had an encouraging and effective conversation with Habib Ullah from Acces Employment aiming honestly to help me with solving my problems. I want to thank you very much.

Amazing, kind and supportive staff. Joy Henderson is the best consultant. She is very supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and great in following things up.

Great staff, very helpful, they make their best to help, however the type of help offered for internationally trained engineers isn't really helpful. You will have to do the whole job hunting by yourself and face the reality by yourself. I recommend they offer some kind of coop, it would be very beneficial.

They just want you to register you to increase number of their client and after that you are on your on.I called for speed mentoring ,secreatry asked me to come in person. they dont answer like this on the phone.I went there which took me 1.5 hour ,after registeration I was told that they do not offere speed mentoring here and I have to go to scarbrough branch.How govermnet fund is being wasted in these organisations is beyond my comprehesion.

I am so grateful that Joy Henderson is my employment counsellor at ACCES Employment. With her profound knowledge, Joy helped me market myself well and offered me great tips on winning interviews. More importantly, I can see and feel she deeply cares about her clients. She helped me when I got lost in my career and lacked confidence in my job search. She empowered me with all her encouragement and warmth.

It is nice place with friendly staffs but just for entirely new immigrants to Canada. Their workshop is not proffetional.

Excellent opportunity for new-comers! The workshops are very interactive and they ensure to take your feedbacks on each session. Moreover, most of the classes are free of cost and you get through the basics of the Canadian workplace. What more would we expect than this free of cost? Although they are working hard to push you to get a good job we understand every company has its own limitations and the individual himself also needs to research on the jobs available.I would like to personally thank Mikael Ahmad the Employment consultant, Margo Chen the Employee Liaison and Rose Chiu the Project Manager for giving me this wonderful opportunity.Please keep up the good work :)

Very poor customer service, waited for two hours, still they didn't help.

Employment centres need to make job finding procedures more quickly. It's too slow everywhere with lots of formalities and the results are not satisfactory!
