Did my piercing today feb 7th,2023 from Kimberly, she explained me everything very nicely before and after care. Hope it heals perfectly.

I went there yesterday 05/26 around 8:15pm for an exchange of studs which didn’t suit me and got discoloured and also made my skin itchy…there were two sales women present at the store…one of them was very rude and said ‘THE STUDS THAT YOU GOT ARE THE CHEAP ONES AND SHOULDN’T BE WORN FOR A VERY LONG TIME, YOU WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT OFF AFTER 2-3 HRS’ and she was shouting while saying that in store and that was repeated 3times till the other lady helped me out….I just wanna say that if Claire’s employee think they are selling cheap and low quality products how does that reflect on customers? And if that’s how they train their staff then clearly they have a lot to teach…I was frustrated with that lady and her illogical explanations and I am going to do a complaint as well

UPDATED REVIEW: went before had a terrible experience. Same today. This Employee working on January 12 around 2 pm, looked in her 50s. Mentioned her a piercing problem I was having after getting piercing done from Claire’s. She was exceptionally rude and couldn’t care less. She said “we are not allowed to help with anything except piercing.” She kept saying my piercing got closed when I knew it hadn’t. She refused to believe and help in any way.I had to go all the way to chinook location, and they were happy to help me with the same issue. I don’t know how they were allowed to help a customer when this lady strictly said “no”. No after sales service provided whatsoever.Terrible experience in this location whenever I go, wouldn’t recommend anyone. There other locations are much much better.

Prices are crazy!! For a small rabbit squishmallow it was 14$ I could get double the size squishmallow at London drugs for that price.

Great selection. Sales clerk was very helpful. She found exactly what we were looking for. We will have a very happy granddaughter.

Went in on Feb18, 23, Kimberley 1year on the tag is who helped my daughter. She was rude and very unprofessional. A customer ahead of us was treated so poorly, she literally snatched an item out of their hand and threw it on the counter behind her. I don’t know how this woman still has a job. She gossiped about a colleague not coming in. It was ridiculous. This is not the first time she has behaved in this manner.

It was niceMy husband got 1 ear piercing.I juts feel like lady was trying to be helpful but felt like bit pressurized to take quick quick decisions. Rest it was nice .

I stopped in Saturday about 5pm or so. The service I received from Kimberly was nothing but professional. She was working by herself and handled each customer with such professionalism. She helped me pick out a number of things for my 5 year old niece's birthday. I will come back to shop again if she is working, she made my day!!! Hard to find professionalism in retail workers these days. They are always treated so poorly by their companies.

Thank you Kim for making my two daughters and niece feel at ease with their piercing experience by explaining the whole procedure and making them feel at ease. I highly recommend this location.
