Recently I sold a condo and Shin was my lawyer. On the day of closing, the buyer asked me to give about 500 dollars of credit due to cleaning and etc. No one lived in the unit after the showing which means the condition of the unit was the same as the buyer decided to buy. I was out of town on the day of closing for vacation because I believed that there shouldn’t be any problem. Thankfully lawyer Shin wrote a letter to the buyer’s side and after that they didn’t say a word and sent the money. Since Shin has been my parents’ lawyer for several cases and my realtor also recommended him, there was no doubt of having Shin as my lawyer. Very nice staffs as well and super friendly all the time.
