The staff was very friendly and the Doctor is very knowledgeable and she explained every to me, for me to understand. I would recommend this clinic to anybody. I will go back in the future for sure.

My appointment went great. Elaine Kan was efficient and explained everything to me as it had been 19 years since my last eye exam. Now that I am diabetic I will be returning every year.

This is the only place I go for an eye test. Very welcoming and they took the time to answer all my questions. Didn't feel rushed or just a number like other places I've heard about. Thanks for everything and I'll be back soon.

Honestly and truly the easiest experience by far. Dr.Michael Wu was very patient with me and made sure I knew about all of the options I had for my dry eyes. Customer care to its finest! For future eye exams I will definitely come back! Happy customer!

I needed to see an eye doctor right away due to a concern. I was able to book the same day, actually SPOKE to someone on the phone, and I was extremely pleased with everything. Cleanliness, attention to detail and above all communication!!!! I used to see a much larger clinic, and can never get through to them, or get a return call.Everyone was very welcoming immediately upon entering this clinic. Although small, the service is excellent, and the doctor very knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns, took time to check everything, explained in detail to make sure I understood, and offered follow up as needed.Absolutely will return.

I was greeted by two lovely receptionists. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. Dr. Koo has soo much energy and was super friendly. She was very easy to talk to and listened to my needs. She made suggestions after asking me about my eye health. I'm very happy with the experience I had. Dr Wu examined by 4 year old with great care and professionalism.He made my wife and I very comfortable and informed of us or potential need for glasses for our son.He also wants to do a follow up to ensure everything is going well for the child and to call him anytime if there are questions / concerns we may have.Great work Dr. Wu!!!S and S

This was my son's first eye exam and he was a bit nervous but the staff and the doctor made him feel very comfortable. A great experience.
