My partner and I ordered blinds from here in the fall of last year. There were multiple errors in our initial order and we were not provided with a copy of the order sheet. They took no responsibility for the errors and claimed they were not liable. I had to order another blind that arrived with incorrect measurements. The staff initially did not investigate this and offered to provide us with 20% off" another blind (which would have cost an addition $100+)

I truly can not fathom how anyone could give this store anything less than 5+++ star review. Lisa is an absolute gem of a woman, very very knowledgeable in her trade and a professional through and through. We shopped around to compare and her prices were 25% less with a MUCH higher quality of product than other big name stores. Our order arrived earlier than expected despite covid slowing every other industry to a crawl. She guided us through precise measurements and do it ourself install and we couldn’t be happier. I wish she sold cars, appliances and furniture because we’d deal with her with confidence for anything we could.Ignore the couple off colour reviews I was shocked to see - just goes to show there are all kinds out there. Lisa however ... is definitely one of a kind.Thank you Lisa and Covers !

It's hard to give business to this store. After spending thousands of dollars on blinds and custom made curtains for my home, I attempted to order one more blind. Multiple phone calls and a trip to the store and still unable to order what I need. I've left my number and requirement at least 4 times over the last few months. Perhaps they are not interested in small orders. Very upsetting considering the money I have spent here. I feel as though I'm bothering them with my request. (Also, I was never given a call after installation of all my blinds and curtains to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. That would have been a nice touch and builds customer loyalty.)

The store has an extensive selection of products. Excellent recommendations by Lisa helped us through the complicated world of window treatments! We are very happy with our choices. Thank you, Covers!

The nametag is a pseudonym. I am posting for real as Bruce Frazer. A very pleased customer. I had all coverings replaced by these guys. Peggy was onsite as soon as I asked. She cared and gave clear advice. She was right. And then a while later, Chris arrived. Perfection in a pocket. Totally professional, totally functional, and the result stunned me. My inlaws purchased a set of blinds from Covers London 12 years ago. When they moved out of their apartment, the blinds traveled to our house in Kitchener. Unfortunately, while they fit our window perfectly, the outside cap on the sproket side was lost in transit. As a result the blinds could not be moved up or down.When I reached out to them, Lisa and team found a new cap for us and provided it free of charge. They owed us nothing since we were not even the original customers, but they still went the extra mile on our behalf.We are so impressed with their service and professionalism.Thanks so much.

Lisa at covers is Five Star plus service. She is so personable and knowledgable. Lisa goes beyond to ensure the customer's needs are addressed. For example.... I had an issue in my home and my beautiful Covers' Blinds were damaged. I called Lisa and within minutes Lisa was in her car on her day off with her husband and at my door step to provide Five Star plus service. We had a fantastic experience with Covers on Hyde Park in London Ont. Spoke with Bernadette who recommended a blind much cheaper than what we were after. She helped us pick the colours based on our walls and pointed us in the right direction for blinds in bedrooms as well as our family room. I LOVE the style of my Windows now and wish we had changed them over sooner. We saved so much money on the blinds Bernadette sold us on as well as purchasing during their fantastic sale. Our blinds took about 2 weeks to arrive and fit perfectly. We were even able to hang them ourselves. We would highly recommend Covers and Bernadette as your sales rep!
