Will and his team were great in fitting me in last minute coming from out of town. Sierra did my son’s cut, she was so patient and kind - and of course did an amazing job! Flint gave me the full olaplex treatment + blowout that left my hair feeling so soft and restored. He was super gentle, which made my experience so relaxing. I’m happy I stopped by and will be back again to try their keratine treatment!

I love Will and the team at Chrome! I have been going to Chrome Spa for over 10 years. I simply show up and Will creates a perfect color and haircut for me. I have never been disappointed. I came into Chrome Spa Salon with some pretty bleached, damaged hair wanting to work back down to my natural color. I was a little bit nervous going into such a fancy place and wasn't sure how my hair would turn out. Let me tell you, the staff at Chrome treated me SO good. I left with the shiniest, most beautifully layered auburn hair and got so many compliments.I spent the afternoon there and ended up working with most of the staff members for dye/conditioning treatment/cut. During our initial consultation on what to get done, they were honest about processes and what would look good, told me all the costs upfront, and were super receptive and mutually excited about my ideas.These are such wonderful and authentic people who love what they do, and they really knew what they were doing. I built so much trust in them and will definitely be coming back. Couldn't recommend highly enough! <3

I absolutely love getting my hair done here. The staff are all friendly, and great with suggestions or listening to what you want. The staff all have amazing communication with each other which is always nice to. I never really stuck with 1 salon since moving to Edmonton but with Chrome its different and I think it's a keeper! If anyone is reading this review and is thinking about going here, I encourage you to do so, it's not something you'll regret!!!!

Came in for a trim and was blown away.Will started by sitting me down for a quick consult to understand my needs and discuss the unique nature of my hair. After his assessment, we came up with a plan that met all my concerns, and he even took special care to explain each step of the process along the way. Really enjoyed the conversation and hospitality, and greatly appreciate the haircare tips and attention to detail.Left looking great and feeling fresh. Many thanks!

I’ve been a client of Chrome’s for a couple years now and every time my colourist just surpasses my expectations. I can’t believe how healthy my hair has become from using his suggested products and treatments, especially considering I’m platinum blonde! The customer service is top notch with friendly and attentive staff. It’s also quite pretty inside with all of the plants and decor. Never am I disappointed with an experience at Chrome.
