I attempted to install the google nest thermostat in my home but was unable to get it to function. I called around to a few companies who were not sure what it would cost. I contacted VM installations and spoke to Stan. He was able to give me a price right away. He was also able to setup an appointment for the following day. Travis the tech was on time and very professional. He made the job look so simple with his wealth of knowledge. He setup the app for me and showed me how to operate it. He also was able to sync my doorbell for me. Truly deserving of more stars both Travis and VM.

This is our 2nd experience with VM Installations and both were excellent (installing wired Nest Hello units at the front/back door). The technician was on time, professional, and efficient. He also took the time after install to address our questions. No hesitation to recommend.

Stan was a huge help. And they came almost immediately to assist providing first class service. I was really worried about the situation but Stan helped to alleviate that and went above and beyond in helping to fix my thermostat. The prices wasn't as bad as I thought either. And a follow call up on potential issues that aren't dire but relevant gave me the perspective to prioritize things for my household in the upcoming months.
