Paid a very high amount for prime rib $18.99 per lbs. Was told quality was AAA or even better. Not even close, very disappointing. Could have got the same quality at METRO for half the price.Not sure if they are lying to their customers or their suppliers lie to them? But BAD BUSINESS practice!Update..Just bought a prime rib roast from Metro for 6.99 lbs. Absolutely Delicious!! & graded at AA. Kohn’s meat is barley on par for dog food if you ask me.

Somewhat dissatisfied. Good product for decent prices with next day delivery, however there is no online order system, subscription option or even a menu of their products with pricing. You have to call and name random cuts that they may or may not have. They have one phone line which is often busy and refuse to take messages. I've actually been calling them multiple times a day for the past 2 weeks (excluding holidays) and no one has answered. Starting to wonder if they've closed as google and their website list their regular hours.

We went for the first time this weekend and we were very impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. It's great we have a good butcher's shop in the area and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Picked up a ribeye steak for Valentine's Day. Staff was super friendly and cut the steak to the exact thickness I wanted. It was a great cut too. I'll definitely be getting meat from them again.
