Is it so hard to hire more tellers? Everytime I go here there is a huge lineup. Also most of the time there are a bunch of ladies that just talk behind the counter not helping customers at all. The most I've waited in line was about half an hour! It's like they don't appreciate their customer's time whatsoever.

Manger rude aggressive and won't conform to government law. Escorted out by guard even after showing proof he was breaking law called it his bank and he will do what he wants. You have the right to cash your Government of Canada cheque at any bank for free, even if you’re not a customer.

5 people in line and only one cashier to help customers ... again

Paid up my credit card bill in this branch on St-Joseph on July 28. I just received a letter dated August 3 that I had missed a payment. I checked my receipt and found out the cashier had paid my money into someone else's credit card account. Felix Deschenes attitude was stressful to say the least. I want to close all my accounts and just return the Master Card to them. Attention to details is key to a successful transaction. Very disturbing experience indeed. . Felix the branch Director was so rude. Blamed me for not checking the number - clearly after my money had been paid into someone else's account? The computer monitor does not face the customer to see what they are entering and we trust them to enter our details properly. He has no business being a Director of anything. He asked me to pay another 1k plus while they try to recall the amount from Master Card. He was loud about it outside his office instead of professionally inviting me into his office. Abdication of duties? Lack of appreciation for diverse opinions/customer service or just overall lack of leadership/listening skills are what I think Felix's problems are. The teller who made the error was trying to make excuses. I am glad Daphne was professional enough to allay my fears. I am so done with BMO and would ensure all my family members/friends close their accounts as leadership/professional/validation of customer and accountability are lacking.

Customer service is ok but they are not very well organized and I applied for a rrsp loan and I received a personnal loan of credit. Very complicated internal system and very easy to make mistake for customer. Then the loan had a mistake in the bank account number so I ended up in recovery after 90 days because I was not paying. The account number was not good. Complete mess...
