I went for hair cut i don't know which style they did. it's not what I wanted it's not even close too that. My hairs are so uneven. So disappointing

Can get a hair do and go straight to the Glengarrian Pub for lunch. Awesome

I had a wonderful experience here. I am neurotypical, have sensory issues with light and sound overload, and am highly introverted. The atmosphere was very mellow and calm, with dark walls, high ceilings, no obnoxiously bright lights or loud music, no one yelling or even speaking loudly. The cutting chairs are spaced extra wide from each other so there is no one in your peripheral vision which was comforting and eliminated the crowded anxious feeling that I would usually get in commercial chains. I was able to walk in and get seen within a short wait time or opt for an appointment another day, I opted for an appointment the next day so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed.I believe the owner was my hairdresser and I was getting a big change haircut, she was extremely kind and patient, understood exactly the look I was going for, and spent well over an hour with me, and even used the products I brought so that I could easily recreate the style at home everyday. She completely delivered the look I was hoping for, while ensuring I never felt like my haircut was being rushed, or made to feel admonished or guilty for asking her to change something throughout my cut.The other hairdressers seemed to be just as kind, patient and have a similar demeanor in the treatment of their clients as I saw a few come and go during the time of my cut; Everyone was leaving in a better mood than when they arrived.Just an overall really great experience and I've already booked my follow up cut in a few weeks and an additional one for my daughter.

I made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early. Kelly was cutting a ladies hair, told me it would be a little while plus she had to cut the ladies husband's hair. I waited 20 minutes...apparently my time isn't important so I walked out. Also by text I was reminded 3 times for my appointment. Won't be back!
