Overall a poor experience. They were competent, but left me with a feeling like after I bought my first used car; they were working for themselves first and myself second. They definitely lost my trust in my dealings.

I've been trying to speak to a manager or broker of record since Thursday (SIX days ago). I am endlessly transferred to voicemails that aren't answered, or told a manager is being paged but it's 6 days later and I still haven't received a phone call despite constant follow up. BEWARE - if you need to deal with the brokerage for any admin eg a mutual release, GOOD LUCK.

Ross Miller from this office likes to waste your time, and thinks discrimination is something worth giggling about. This agent openly admitted the landlords discriminatory practice, and encourages/enables it.I went to see a unit, I more than qualify, put an above asking offer, but the “landlord is leaning to the other guy, his business is “bigger””Sounds like something I should contact a government agency about.
