Great establishment- great people , great customer service

I like the tires - GSi Ice, hate the Company - declined rebate as I purchased from an e-retailer who could deliver faster, cheaper and was more knowledgeable than the local shops in Vancouver. Toyo needs to 'get in the game' with the new paradigm of e-retailing.

Brutal Customer Service!!! Bought a set of Toyo MTs. Once they were on my truck I had a vibration... After 19 months, 3 tire shops, 1 driveline shop and thousands in extra bills and wasted time chasing Toyo reps down. It was determined the tires were defective (egg shaped) and wouldn't balance properly... But Toyo made me jump though all these hoops for 19 months before they finally admitted it was the tires. The website may say they are covered under warranty, but its been 2 years of headaches and I still haven't received any money or credit back... This has been a nightmare, and ended having to buy another set of tires, just in the meantime waiting for this process to go through.

Is this the warehouse where Toyo transports product out of, to the various Canadian vendors just east of the Rockies ?Thanks .Thanks for the response, but unlike at least 1 posting uptop below your main header, I know you're allegedly just a distribution point.And was asking if the Richmond warehouse was the primary source of retailers east of the Rockies,of your product.
