After discovering a mould problem in my attic, I contacted Brian, and he got back to me that evening. He was able to come to my house the next day, completed a detailed diagnostic report with photos, and quoted a fair price to remediate. He is personable and took his time discussing our situation. Brian came the very next day to complete the remediation, and did an excellent job, while we were all home. He also left our home clean. I would highly recommend him to any home owner with a mould problem.

Brian is extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. He did not remove the mold completely and it ended up extending throughout the home. He took our money and did not respond to calls to fix his work. There is no warranty for this company's poor level of work- buyer beware! We also had several high value possessions go missing in our home after he was done. We hope no one else goes through what we did!

I have an apartment with very poor ventilation. Working from home, I was getting lethargic, and I had a cough that was consistently getting worse over 2 years. My doctor couldn't find anything wrong with my lungs, so after considering my options, I decided to pay for an indoor air quality assessment.It's not cheap (~$525 for the comprehensive assessment, which is a little cheaper than competitors I found), but I thought it was well worth the cost. On the spot, Brian was able to confirm some big problems with the composition of my unit's air, and recommend some ways of improving it (e.g. lowering humidity + keeping bathroom fan running).After about 5 business days, I got a followup with all the numbers from the assessment, and a detailed followup of the recommendations he'd made in person. Since the inspection I've followed his advice, and my focus and energy at home have improved dramatically, and I can tell my lungs are much MUCH healthier.

I do not know what we would have done without Brian's help. He goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a service that goes the extra mile, you just found it. Brian gave us honest and throughout information when we needed it the most. The best thing we did with the mold situation at our home was calling ABM. Deeply grateful for the help and support.

I highly recommend brain he is great straight forward guy and very punctual anything to do with mold this is your guy ! He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable great experience with him would recommend him especially if your a tenant with any mold issues worth every penny

I want to both thank and endorse Brian at ABM for his fair and trust worthy assessment of my concerns about mold via their free phone consult as offered on their website. I contacted them just prior to giving birth and bringing home my twins to a new rental home after selling ours. From the moment we moved in I had awful respiratory issues and I was terrified the charming but older home had hidden mold — especially when I found suspicious looking discolouration in a certain part of the home and my mama bear hormones went crazy with alarm. He was happy to hear me out and evaluate a handful of photographs I sent via email. Alternatively, my husband was very concerned that a company like his would prioritize making a sale of their investigation services and was not keen for my anxieties to search professional help he did not think was necessary. However Brian was quick to instead alleviate my immediate fears and assure me that his pro opinion was that it was a very low-risk and likelihood that the questionable images I sent him were related to mold. (With the disclaimer that of course without an official inspection there was no guarantee.) I was able to move past my anxieties thanks to this relatively quick email conversation with Brian and low and behold all my respiratory issues cleared up within days of giving birth after a month of debilitating symptoms! (Pregnancy is weird!!) I recommend contacting this company if you want an honest company who puts clients first and not sales. Thanks again, Brian.
