HIGHLY recommend!! Great service and KNOWLEDGE. That was key for me as other places in the Cat. centre lacked in that……..Alan knew my fit by just looking at me and it didn’t disappoint either. They covered all bases with no second guessing. 10/10

Went to Stars last night August 16th. Having 2 days until my Wedding everywhere else was Unwilling to help got called fat in other words at TipTop Tailors and Hudson bay, but not here not only was he willing to try anything to help me he balanced helping 2 other people with their needs at the same time! Thank you so much for your service, i will be telling everyone how good this place is.

Went here to buy a suit not knowing what I wanted or much about suits. Helped by Alan and had the best customer service ever. Took the time to explain everything to me and pick out the perfect matching pieces. He even suggested shoes that match their belt and personally walked me down to Marshalls to show me them.Top notch service here!

Went into a competitor's store, walked around for 10 minutes without any employees approaching me. Was looking for something fairly specific and did not see it in their store. Went into Stars and was instantly greeted. Ended up spending 500 dollars on a vest shirt shoes and tie solely because of the customer service.As a sales professional myself, I was pleased with my experience. Recommend!

We shop here regularly and are very happy. We always see Alice as she is extremely attentive, honest and does not pressure you to buy. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows her inventory and listens to you and from there will offer many positive suggestions.

Great place to purchase formal wear. Alan was great, knowledge and very helpful in picking out the suit and matching shirt & tie. They even do tailoring and it's not too expensive. I'd shop here again without a doubt!

Great service form Jonathan. I was looking for a shirt and tie for a suit I bought elsewhere. Jonathan was great, letting me try on three of four shirts before I found one that I wanted. Helped me choose a tie and did all that work for a $60 sale. Thanks.

The customer service at this place was AWESOME. I came in to pick up my jacket and pants after their alterations ( the lady who sold me the jacket was phenomenal at finding me the right size). I then left to go looking for a pair of dress shoes. After a few stores without finding something I liked I stopped to look at a map at one of the entrances. It was there that one of the employees saw me as he was leaving and asked me what I was looking for. When I said dress shoes he recommended checking marshals, because they often have good quality shoes for 40 - 50% off. And of course when I went I found a very nice pair for only 40$. (If you need shoes. Check Marshals).
