Terrible customer service. Appointment times are just a suggestion apparently. And while waiting had to listen to raised voices, fricking this and fricking that while sitting in lovely looking chairs that are too low to the ground for elderly or overweight people to easily get out of. Hope I never have to go there again!

Absolutely ridiculous, they never answer their phone or check their messages, hard to get things done with this branch when I don't even live in the province but have no choice but to call 100 times to get things delt with. Shameful

It is best to do business at the branch, in person. I was called and offered a banking product I did not want to discuss over the phone, in public. The teller discussed my recent account charges and transactions which I did not consent to by phone; that makes me feel like my account is being viewed independent of my solicitation. Transactions performed in person are secure.
