This store has fantastic variety and great prices if you are willing to do a little bit of thinking. Even the staff are quite friendly and helpful compared to other stores of this size I have visited.My only complaint is that many ready to eat items (salads, cut fruit, etc) in the front refrigerator are not priced. I mentioned this to several staff members in the area over the year or so I I visited but to my knowledge it has not changed.

I understand that occasional mishaps can happen, but the sheer number of rotting eggs scattered throughout the area was alarming.Upon entering the eggs aisle, I was immediately greeted by a pungent odor, which I soon discovered was due to the rotting eggs that had been left unattended. Broken shells, spoiled yolks, and foul-smelling residue covered the shelves and floor, creating a hazard for both customers and staff.It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to cleanliness, especially in a section that houses perishable and fragile items. This negligence not only poses a potential health risk to shoppers but also reflects poorly on the overall quality and management of Super Store, Milton.I attempted to bring this issue to the attention of a store employee, but the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. I sincerely hope that this review prompts swift action to rectify the situation and implement proper maintenance and cleaning protocols in the future.In summary, my experience at Super Store, Milton was tarnished by the filthy conditions in the eggs section. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this store to fellow shoppers. I truly hope that the management takes this feedback to heart and works to improve the cleanliness and overall customer experience in their store.

The store treats everyone like thieves with all of their new changes. The railings and plexiglass are annoying, but can be dealt with.The security guy that stares everyone down as they leave give off such a bad vibe when I’m just trying to grocery shop.The worst though, is limiting the self checkout to 25 items. I should be able to go and do my own checkout. There are often not enough cashiers, and they are slower at scanning everything through then I am. The whole point of installing these in stores was to allow people to do it themselves, without small talk or waiting.On top of that the produce is usually bare or not fresh, and they have a very limited meat section.Such a bad experience now shopping in this store.

Good place for grocery and buying other home stuff. Good variety. Only downside is that many regular items were not available on shelves being displayed at much low prices by competitors in the fear of price match. Felt cheap tactics by management.

I like to visit this place as it has all the sections that we normally need like, food, dresses, pharmacy and crockery. Most of the he time I got benefit of sales on dresses which you don't get in such kind of stores. Usually I get all my listed items from here. This is a pretty good sized store and you would enjoy walking inside while doing shopping. Very clean and organized place. If you are planning to go to this place please keep an eye on dress zone, you might get discounted items.

Their return policy is hassle-free. On the rare occasions when I needed to return or exchange a product, the process was smooth and efficient. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a regular customer I can say that it truly depicts its namesuper". Always neat clean n organized. Lots of verity of good quality food n other stuff with fair pricing. Above all the price matching makes me go there again n again. The staff is nice n kind too."

Vegan options to die for. Being from a similar size city in the USA we were blown away by all the products available. They even have several isles of Plant based food options. Come on USA get with the program!

My new favorite place. Wish there were more HALAL items in the Milton store as I believe more than 50% of the customers are Muslims.You will also have a hike in sales.

Love the bakery department. I shop there to get Optimum points. I collect and redeem. It's amazing. The produce here is fresh. I love the Blue menu products. Especially the canned chic peas and red beans are better quality than any other brands I've tried. The bbq sauces of PC brand are amazing. Must try. The cakes here are better than other grocery stores, fresh and creative. Kids toys section is a bit limited. It's not like other one-stop shop. But, you'll find most things here. PC products, Blue Menu are amazing.
