I experienced a mechanical problem while riding the Great Divide. Matt and his team worked me in and got me back on the trail within one hour. They had the parts in stock an extremely knowledgeable group of mechanics. Highly recommend!

This is a great shop! Im an out-of-towner, just checking out some of the beautiful single track in Montana. I had a set of breaks go out on me and these guys got me back in working order incredibly fast!!! Thanks for the great customer service! If you are riding in MT, this is your bike shop!

Bought a Santa Cruz sight unseen from this shop. Sara was extremely easy to work with, and delivered exactly what she said she would. I don't live in Butte, but if I did I'd make it a point to make Derailed my shop.
