Derrick Motel

Low budget, jail cell appearance. Great for price. Clean ish. Rough shape but exactly what's needed for a stay. Not exactly family friendly. Right beside a major roadway. If you're not from here the access road may be confusing. Great price for an almost alright accommodation.

The room was maliciously dirty, carpets around the walls had caked dust and mold for god only knows how long. The beds made me itchy and felt like they were washed last month. There was no kitchenette" just a microwave and a mini fridge. The staff are sub par

Room stinks, carpet is soaked and I swear some one bear sprayed or pepper sprayed the room as my face was burning and other parts of my body as if I got best maced. Bed is broken, not worth $85/night.This was in room 211, maybe the other rooms are nicer.

Alot of street people stay here, they also keep your deposit if your too loud and for being loud they will kick you out and not give your deposit back. Aswell they have unfriendly staff, the east Indians ones but the other lady is nice

Clean room... but what was once a nice motel is now a neglected building. Broken down looming electric baseboard heaters interiors caked with dust.Paid $80. for one night of sleepless uneasy rest. Perhaps they use a hot water boiler, but the knocking sounds in the walls and ceilings were quite bizarre. Not to mention a paranormal looking light that flashed across the celing a few times. This along with other sound issues made for an interesting stay. No breakfast option and although there were lots of shops, you have a long walk to reach one as theres no nearby crosswalk to get to them. However, there is an excellent restaurant next door. The morning cleaning staff was very nice.Not an $80. a night room.

People at the hotel the workers are amazing being staying there for 12 years during the summer months for work always accommodate. Unfortunately have to deal with Riff Raff fall downs . Another better then it once was. Best value for you $

Poorly maintained dirty room. Locked my door before I went to bed. woke up to someone in my room. I forgot to chain the door and I think that person must have had a key because when I woke up he was standing in the doorway watching me. Never ever coming here again.

Quite possibly the dirtiest motel room i've ever seen....... And we're a Punk Rock band whose standard is crashing on floors... But that floor I would not crash on...I do have to mention the staff was very nice except for the incident mentioned in the next paragraph...(not going to help the cleanliness tho! )Also in the morning, we thought we had lost gas money in the room and were only trying to look for it( even found somebody else's wallet/phone/dirty socks in the process) but the lady kept shouting at us that she was going to call the cops for whatever reason........ Meanwhile we were very calm and respectful and managed to calm her down so she could eventually understand our situation which she did, but things absolutely did not need to heat up that much. We were four respectful guys with funky but non-threatening looks.Anyways.... We managed to get a good night sleep and found the money later, but we surely are never going back there!!
