Bad experience twice now. I went the first time and the lady was not thorough & left a bunch of hair on my face. I thought I would give it another chance today but I had an equally bad experience. The lady left a lot of hair under my eyebrows, she wasn’t thorough & rushed through. I got my lip done as well and she cut. Would NOT RECOMMEND. I am never going back

Been getting my eyebrows threaded there since she opened. Always so friendly and accommodating. Have had my eyebrows micro-bladed two time and get lots of compliments on them. Always friendly service. Adore the owner.

This place is awesome if you get the right girl. There is a younger one who I believe is the daughter, she does a 20 second job and isn't great. Not worth the $15 when she does it.If you book make sure she isn't the one doing it. I've given her 3 chances and each time is worse

I was very disappointed with experience getting my eye brows microbladed. My one of my eye brows is way higher than the other, one is round and one is square and the shade is way too dark for a blond. I mentioned this right after and she said touch ups would fix it. I got a second opinion from another salon and they say its unfixable! I won't dare go in for a retouch! And she won't refund even part of my money. What a huge mistake going there!I will never recommend anyone going there!

Would give 0 stars if it was possible.Booked my daughter and I for threading yesterday. Had to get the middle aged woman to come out from the back. No one was in the front. Same thing when we returned for our booked appt.We came back at our booked times.In 7 minutes this woman had finished both of our brows, and taken my debit payment.I'll never go back.

Be sure to google them before committing. Very Poor Quality work and Price was 31.50 for 5 minutes for 2 of us. Not worth a penny...Very rude when I went back to discuss. In hind sight I should have left the second she said we were done in just a few minutes and no mirror to even look. Wonder why PLM is so empty...customer service sells.

Powder Brows. She went so deep I have scaring in my brow also she misses spots and goes out of the lines she drew for the brows.It was a very painful procedure. I’m scared to go back for the free touch up

I have bald spots on my eyelid, because lashes packed with glue and when i try to brush out glue lashes come out and irritating me. Ladies are nice there but my lashes are destroyed do to poor application. Have had lashes done in past before your not supposed to feel chunks of glue through lashes. It only been like a week just over and i haven't had lashes in years and it was destroyed in on appointment
