Rexall Drugstore

I wish that I could leave a -1 star. The pharmacists are horrible, they tell you that you haven't paid for your last prescription (when you wouldn't have been able to take it home without paying) and withhold your other medications until you pay them for THEIR error. They are beyond rude, even when you are polite to them. They constantly make errors, very dangerous errors with your medication, completely unprofessional.

Rudeness leads to lost of business.Worker who was closing down shop (potentially the owner or manager) was very rude in shooing us out. If he had politely notified us that it was about time to close and if we had found what we were looking for, we would have bought some items instead of just walking out unhappily. We ended up going to another drug store to purchase these items.I am certain that we will not be returning and will not support Rexall at this location.

Had a great experience today, althoughwe didn't need to visit the pharmacy. They have great sales on regular and grocery items if you take the time to look. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. 5 stars!

I have always had a good experience in terms of customer service, even though I came in 30 mins before closing one time, I was not rushed, instead the pharmacist was very informative and helped me with my questions.

No milk or other similar products, cooler is broken at this location.

Worst negligent pharmacists I've ever come across. I had pharmacists contact them 4 times in one day to ask to have prescriptions transferred over and they just don't do it. And then close early. Their manager should know about this.

Highly unprofessional and an embarrassment to Rexall. Switching pharmacy providers ASAP to avoid these constant issues. I went in today to get a refund for an error due to them not processing my girlfriends benefits (second time). When I told the pharmacist that there was a refund owed because insurance had to call and tell them how to run the insurance. He blamed the insurance company, not themselves, he then used the excuse he wasn’t there, and then asked me if I was ok because “I seemed nervous”. No I’m upset because you guys can’t process anything properly, never actually fill a prescription (always amounts “owed”). They made my girlfriend pay at the storefront cash because they had to do a consult also. This is just a glimpse into a single transaction. Avoid at all costs

I just spoken to a pharmacist from Rexall, the person was so rude, I asked to read a presecription before I come in-person, the person signed then read it to me. I felt like I was asking too much. No customer should go through that. I was not rude whatsoever, I said please and thank you and yet I still got disrespected.

I went to this location yesterday to fill a prescription for a combination antifungal and corticosteroids cream. The pharmacist is really good at ignoring customers waiting at the counter. No greeting or even an I'll be right with you." Then when giving me my prescription she explained it with a disgusted look on her face. Honestly I maybe visiting another pharmacy from now on even if I have to walk further from home. You shouldn't feel judgement or disdain from your pharmacist."

The worst customer experience(s) of my life. It takes a lot to drive someone loyal like me to write a bad review after 15 years of patronage, but their service has degraded to the point of no return. It has the “shop anywhere else” trifecta -- rude, incompetent staff (straight through from the pharmacy to management to the front cash), overpriced items, and inconvenient hours. If you try to give someone in-person feedback or through a survey, like several others have *already* stated, you get a condescending call with a grab-bag of excuses to shift accountability so that it somehow ends up your fault. At this point, the blame falls squarely on Rexall’s corporate head office. Evidently, they’ve willingly ignored this festering problem-store that’s so clearly documented by the many, many, many negative reviews collected here over the years. I’m not sure what’s more disturbing, the client stories or the silence from Rexall. Isn’t the whole purpose of these platforms to serve as a direct gateway between brand and consumer? I guess not.
