Supervisor was absolutely disrespectful and downright ignorant. He disregarded my call for concern/complain about my order instead of stepping up and helping me out as he should of. He mocked me and it was just mortifying that someone who has no respect is expected to be the person I am forced to speak to about my unsatisfactory delivery.

We like the pizza here, yet we have had times we were disappointed. They have a special on their website that I ordered over the phone and he said when we went in to pick up that that wasn’t actually the special and made me pay extra. I thought for sure if I brought it up in my phone to show him that it would have been honoured, but nope. Kinda bad for customer service when you have deals on your website and then don’t honour them, especially when the customer has ordered a lot of food. Tonight we went in and waited 25 min to be served and finally left. Not sure if someone was on their break? All we heard was tik tok in the background and couldn’t get the person’s attention to order, bummer.Good pizza if you can get it, bad customer service.

Delicious, low cost, high quality, and very fast. Ordered three extra large pizzas for under 50 bucks, was ready in less than 20 minutes, and very very yummy. Their hard taco pizza is amazing, had lots of crunch even long after I picked it up

I love this place. Pizza guy on Thursday, Friday, Saturday is the bomb. Its not greasy and I never feel bad eating it. This is my fav. It has almonds and chicken.

Good, honest pizza. Glad they haven't changed. Still tastes the same as it did years ago. Always go for the walk-in special, super affordable.

Brutal customer service and inaccurate menu descriptions. I used their online menu and placed a pick up order via phone for 3 nachos (described as a heaping order of nachos topped with cheese and assorted vegetables). When I got home I opened them to find some sort of mystery meat (ground beef according to the manager) throughout the nachos. The menu does not describe this, I called to notify the manager. He claimed they do not have a website, and only use skip the dishes, which is false-see bellislandpizzasaskatoon.ca.He was dismissive and insisted they had no website with a menu and told me that I should have clarified that I was vegetarian and didn’t want meat, despite no description of meat on their menu. He insisted that I had used the wrong menu and offered me a $1 and $2 discount next time and again told me to use skipthedishes menu. I declined the discount, as I spent $31.65 and tipped $8. I told him I wasn’t interested in continued business anymore as he had taken no accountability and continued to blame me for their mistake.After the phone call ended, I looked at skipthedishes and found the exact same description. I called back to inform him that both their existing website and skipthedishes had incorrect descriptions. He then changed his story and told me that most people aren’t vegetarian and most people want meat on their nachos and that’s why they come with meat. I explained that I understand that some people want meat and that’s perfectly fine, just include it in the description. He continued to interrupt me and repeatedly told me I should have clarified that I didn’t want meat because most people do.(Uhhhh I thought that was the purpose of the description?). After talking in circles, he eventually offered to replace my order but added that next time I should clarify no meat. I declined and explained I simply wanted to inform him so he could make the according changes to which he replied ‘we will try to change that’, before hanging up on me.Rude and dismissive. Don’t give into the temptation of the dirt cheap prices, it includes dirt cheap service and ingredients.

Disappointing portions. The pizza is more dough than anything especially the cheese bread. There was so little cheese I actually think they forgot to add it.

A simple pepperoni was amazing! And tye staff was super nice!
