Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful with repair, trouble shooting on phone, willing to answer questions with patience, respectable communication, recommendations for future issues for cost savings and machine maintenance. Alex was extremely kind, prompt and professional in repairing our refrigerator on a weekend. We have a growing family and we really needed to fix the fridge fast - Alex truly saved our day! And we found the price very reasonable too!
