I don’t know where they get their staff. I asked for a call back using their automated system. I was called back very quickly. However, the girl really doesn’t like her job or something. She simply « hi, who’s this?». I was said who are you.. you are calling me. She then identified the company.She was saying « Ohhh that’s so cute ». I answered « excuse me? ». She simply replied « I’m not talking to you ». Well, talk about professional employees!

I agree with many comments ts regarding the service !! Except for one Mary!! She was absolutely lovely. Very informative and filled in all the blanks other agents failed to fill me in on. Really matches her way of speaking with her customers. Due to her service it made the experience enjoyable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for an issue concerning my loan and the woman who answered me started yelling at me and insulting me for absolutely no reason. She hung up before I could even place a word. Tried to call back and they never answered. Super unprofessionnal and hard to reach. I will never recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last company on earth. Stay away from this place.

Did not get a chance to speak , extremely dismissive and rude . Imagine Im trying to pay my car and she won’t give me the time of day . If people do not like their jobs they should just find something they like . I can’t believe how rude she was and how she just hung up in my face . She should be fired

Not to sure why the review's are so low but Axis Auto took me on roughly 3 year's ago the first year being rocky and still a few problems here and their from my end... They have always worked with me without any problems! I'd give the company A++ Good job to the company and employee's.

The lady in collections is so ignorant this company isnt tryin to help those with bad credit it makes it harderLike who charges 150 to change payment cycle ...this is worst company even dont use them

The way this company operates is very shady! Please be aware before engaging in any business partnership with them! I had a car loan with them that I paid in full and on time for 5 years. All payments were finalized on June last year. Out of nowhere I receive a call a year later telling me there was glitch" in their system and there was still a balance and they would start charging my account the next day. Of course I went into panic mode sensing the scam and worry as they have all my banking information. They simply inform me they will start charging my account with their so called "balance" the next day. After speaking with a supervisor

As soon as you are late 1-2 payements even if you take an arrangement not only will you receive 2 emails a day but also 4-8 phone a week!

My boyfriend financed a car from here. A Mitsubishi 2011 Lancer. He callled in and advised he was going to pay off the balance. He was advised that with 48 hours he would have the closing papers. He did the payment through e transfer. When he called in after the transfer and payment were made and shown as received he was told that it would it take 5-10 bus days to receive the papers. He needed them much sooner s he had sold his car . The information given in customer service is never correct and always inconsistent which creates a bad customer experience!!!!! And creates inconvenience and setbacks. I wouldn’t recommend financing with them!
