Home away from home for small dogs. Helen was amazing at keeping is informed, and offered great observations, advice and options to keep our pooch happy during his stay.

There is no better place to leave your pet than with Helen and her family. We have been using her for over a year and she is consistent in her communication, genuinely caring and super attentive. Some days we think she is a better parent to our dog than we are haha! It is the most comforting feeling to know that when we leave our dog there we don't have to think twice about her comfort, and happiness. Thank you so much Helen, you are one of a kind :)

I have been using Happy Stays for well over a year since I adopted my little dog. Helen and her family are so incredibly kind and loving with Ozzie it's so much like he is one of the family when he is there. All the dogs are cared for exceptionally well and when I say to my dog that he is going to Happy Stays he yelps with joy every time. I never have to be concerned for Ozzie's safety when he is there and I know he is having the time of his life with other small dog friends. I would recommend Happy Stays to anyone with a small dog wanting peace of mind if they have to board their fur baby 100%!

Helen was great with our pup Benji!! I cannot recommend highly enough. She kept us updated everyday and Benji came home so happy. I’ve tried other places in vancouver but they were no where as good as helen. Her house is clean and have the best doggies. Don’t look elsewhere just use her! We will definitely use her again next time we go on a trip.

I was nervous to leave my dog for the first time but Helen was amazing and kept me updated the entire time I was away for 2 weeks with lots of pictures and videos and I could tell Izzy was getting the best care! Will for sure using happy stays anytime I go away in the future!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Helen take care of our Boston Terrier for 11 nights over spring break.
