A not fancy and not so big varieties store on Halifax. I visited Giant Tiger just once. The prices there are good. Some things have the same price at dollarama. I bought plus size clothes to my mom as it’s hard to find large female clothes sizes where she lives. The main reason for me to visit the store was to try to exchange a product they mistakenly sent me. I ordered a portable heater and I received a wireless lamp phone charger instead where we can find clothes, house goods and grocery. They don’t have the heater but if you visit the website you see that it’s available for pick up at the store. I never order something and received other thing instead. That was a first. At least the costumer representatives I talked to were friendly and polite.

Great place to shop, good products and prices.

I had a terrible experience a few days ago. I went to the store twice which is located at 201 chain lake dr. Halifax NS to buy an item but it was a different price, unlike the flyer. I asked a manager but she said “ Our store does’t offer like a flyer so I gave up to buy it. A few days later I went there again for some groceries. The item I wanted was still on sale online. The webpage showed pick-up available at this store. Therefore, I asked a cashier about this price. The cashier agreed with me but the manager said “We don’t do price march” as well. I asked the manager to check online but she didn’t pay attention to my word. While we were arguing, another staff wanted to know what happened and she knew the manager went wrong. I could buy the item they offered the price online but I felt very unhappy because the manager didn’t apologize for this situation and she seemed angry at me. I loved this store but I am afraid that I go there to buy something.

First time in the store. I found it easy to get around but seemed to have too much in the store.Cluttered,I thought. I will return.

This is a convenient and reasonable grocery market in the Fairview, Halifax. I think it just seems like a micro Walmart. It's budget-saving to buy some cheap but good stuff which has shorter life-lasting time to decorate home. Personally, I would enjoy shopping in the store with a cozy imagination of my dream home.

I get most of my clothes from here. Some are high quality and last me a long time but sometimes I get something that falls apart or doesn't fit correctly dispite it being my size! I bought a pair of leggings and the seam had a small hole I didn't notice when I bought them. And finally, I find there staff to be quite rude or rather unfriendly I guess. Would give 3 stars but I love most of my clothes I buy from there.

very affordable! excellent clothes espcially if you are looking for basics. grocery prices are much cheaper too for the most part, they also price match if you have a flyer(with exepctions). the VIP deals are also quite good, theyd sometimes even have specials on houseware and fashion(spend 60 before tax and get 10$ off). i go there when i can
