I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the group of people working at Historica are or how beautiful their units are! I moved to Saint John the first week of Sept and stayed in one of their temporary units. They had everything immaculate upon arrival and even left the sweetest welcome. After a week of staying in this unit I reached out to find out about their long term units and the team found me a spot that fit my style, budget and needs immediately (not to mention they were more than willing to accommodate my large fur baby as well). They made sure I had accommodations until my unit was ready ( they insured everything in my apartment was pristine and to my satisfaction and again left the most thoughtful welcome basket) and even arrived early the day of my furnitures arrival to ensure I had smooth sailing settling in. This team truly cares about their tenants and I genuinely believe they made my transition to a province where I knew no one that much warmer and welcoming! Check them out for any of your short/long term stays!

Living with historica was the best experience well I was house hunting . They handle every maintenance issue. The move was seamless their property manager was easy to communicate with and always answered her phone.

My husband and I have been renting from Historica for quite some time now, and they have always provided us with phenomenal service! Tiffany is an amazing leasing coordinator who helped us in a very tight squeeze when moving between houses, she goes above and beyond! Historica also has a quick and friendly maintenance crew, I highly recommend renting from them!

Found my new home here in Uptown, Saint John. Leasing coordinator Tiffany made the whole experience exceed my expectations. The property was well-managed with an indoor garage, garbage room, washrooms, and a beautiful patio on the top floor! The unit l rent has an air exchange system, modern decorations, an in-unit washer/ dryer, a fireplace, and speakers installed in the living room. Tenants also get a discount if get wifi through Bell Alliance! Overall l feel secure, satisfied, and happy. Highly recommend.

Historica Developments have been great to deal with! In dealing with the leasing coordinator, Tiffany, she was awesome in communicating and proving information for the apartment showing. Everything was clearly explained and detailed out to ensure I was finding the right place for me. You can tell they want you to love where you’re going to live, therefore super accommodating! I also had the pleasure of dealing with Kim, the property manager for my rental and she has been nothing but the best and easy to get a hold of!Their maintenance team is great as well! They were able to assist with maintenance pertaining the apartment within 24 hours. I know a lot of people living in rental units where it can be hard to get a hold of landlords/maintenance on short notice. But, Historica is there when you need them wether it’s an issue, or any questions at all.I highly recommend renting from Historica. They make you feel right at home and the customer service is outstanding.

We won a free nights stay at 28 King st Saint John NB, saw a few pics of the unit sent to us, decided to stay a second night, made it an early Valentines getaway. We did the uptown scene and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Definitely will do this again with HISTORICA SAINT JOHN NB. !!! Thanks very much. Bob & Ruth

I rent an apartment from Historica and found them to be wonderful people, very quick to attend to their tenants’ comforts and needs, wherever possible. The staff is amazing, and over time you think of them as friends as much as employees. I can’t imagine myself living anywhere else. You can’t go wrong with Historica. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
