Luxe Nail Bar YYC

I have been coming to this salon since they opened regularly. ( once a month ) I am always satisfied. If I ever have issues or if my nails are wrong the owner will fix them for me no Hassle. Like every nail bar it can be hit or miss on the nail tech however they are always working on improving and teaching! The prices here are far better than any other nail salon I have gone to. By far the best place! I would travel a couple hours just to get them to continue to do my nails! Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!

Sadly, I strongly do not recommend Luxe Nail Bar in Quarry Park. I only get Shellac done for special occasions and the two times I've gotten Shellac with them, my nails have chipped 2 days later. That is not normal. Other nail places I've gone to, my nails will last 2-3 weeks easily! I had to pay to get my nails done again while I was on vacation because I didn't want to go the whole time with chipped nails. I tried to ask for a refund when I came back but the owner told me they don't give refunds. She did offer that I could go in to get my nails done for free, which I do appreciate, however I would not bother going back as the quality of work is so poor and/or their Shellac polish is extremely poor quality. I've gone in for Pedicures and generally had no issue so if you do only a pedicure with them, they are ok, but for a Manicure with Shellac, do not spend your money. I work in the area and really want to support the local businesses but the quality is so poor and the owner basically argued with me that it could be my nails that are the problem. Even though as mentioned, I've gotten Shellac done at many other places and have never had this happen. So I won't be going back at all and urge Helen the owner to please improve your quality!

So happy with my nails, first time going to this salon, I got hybrid gel ombré and it’s perfect, she was so gentle removing my old gel, very happy can’t wait to go back again

Enjoy this salon. Owner is friendly and generally decent to get an appointment. The Pedi chairs are comfy and don't have the awkward massage poking mechanism in them. Huge powder dip selection too

My mom and I have been coming here for well over a year. Mom is somewhat physically disabled and all the staff go out of their way to accommodate her with so much care and compassion. Their work is amazing whether we ask for a simple or detailed design. Would not consider going any where else!! We would give them more than 5 stars if that were an option. The ladies there are all amazing!!

I will not be coming back and will not recommend to my friends.My friend made arrangements for her bridal party to have pedicures and manicures done. She has to ask 3 times for the group to be seated together and was ignored the first 2 times she spoke up.The technician who did my mani and pedi made me second guess every colour that I chose for myself and pressured me to get shellac which chipped within 2 days and ultimately shredded the top couple layers of my nails. Less than 3 weeks later my feet were flaking like I’d worn a peeling mask. I’ve never had a pedicure last less than 5 weeks.My nails and feet both feel like they need some serious rehab and I will not be coming back here for future services.

I’m going to this location out for a few years and have recently visit her new location shops are beautiful and cleanFirst nail shop ever been to where my nails don’t pop off excellent workmanship and friendly staff highly recommend

Not my usual nail spot but I needed a change from my regular salon. I appreciate the 100's of colours they have here! I've been here 3 times now, one pedi and 2 acrylic sets, always left happy!

Every visit to Helen and the fabulous ladies at Luxx is a memorable treat! They are so kind and we enjoy laughs at every visit! The salon is so clean, it’s a warm inviting place. I can’t recommend this nail bar enough. The care they take, and through job brings me back time and time again. I’ve been a customer of Luxx since Helen opened this location and love the nail dates with my best friend ❤️ Any photo we show them of nail creations they have been able to replicate. Very talented staff! Keep up the great work Luxx! I’d give you a 100 stars if they let me.

Tracy did my nails, and they look and feel incredible! UPDATED REVIEW:But then I went back for a fill and they were done so poorly they are extremely thick, they are distracting and all I can think about. Luxe was so busy that they didn’t clean any of the tools or stations between clients, it was really unsanitary and made me very uncomfortable. Do they ever clean their tools?? Eek. Won’t be going back.
