My review 1 year ago was 5 star but yesterday they riped me off with rates lower then they have posted and lower then bank. I was in a hurry and leaving country so it didnt even sink in untill i was gone. Basicly i got 37000 php for 1000 cad.. they took me for around 100. I dont know if new owners but stay away. Shame on me for not catching sooner. Ill never go back .

They gave me an excellent rate on Mexican Pesos... and the service was very quick!. I was able to pay on my debit card. I would call ahead to make sure they have enough of the currency that you need.

I was so glad I noticed this place today and it was a great experience my first time ever at a money exchange I was surprised they had the European cash I needed right on the spot! and much better rates and service than ice at Willowbrook who had a we'll return later sign up with an unclear clock looking like it said 2 hours. This was nice and spacey and felt secure too and the woman counted out the money very professionally, thank you :)

Worst unreliable service ever. Donot trust these people. They will never put money into your account unless you call them ten times.these guys are scamsters and they will get abusive once you give them your money.

I was assured by BCCE that my wire transfer funds would arrive from BC to Ca. that afternoon or the following day at the latest. The funds did not arrive until 6 days later and after many back and forth phone calls. I would not recommend trusting BCCE to do what they say they will do.

Counterfeit money!!! My husband went to China on business. Went to go pay with the cab with the Chinese money he receieved from here. Cab driver started yelling at him, threatened to call the police. After thorough examination of the money....turns out about half was counterfeit. You guys have 1 job!!!! To know your money!!! And you failed...big time!!!My husband has since spoken to the Abby police about this business. Buyer beware.

The staff was very friendly simple and quick it was the best rate in town. The ladies were helpful and knowledgeable about the exchange rates. I will defiantly be going there again.

I have zero concept of what the one-star reviewer is talking about-putting money in an account-WHAT?-but after four years of dealing with these folks I can say that I have only experienced the best of service and a high standard of professionalism and friendliness. I appreciate the honest dealings at the Abbotsford location and have been to the Guildford and White Rock locations as well. They have my business for as long as they are IN business.
