Hats off to this business on St Andrew St. They are trouble shooters!Since we bought our car a year ago and through several oil change dealership appointments we have complained about a slow leak in one tire. No one did anything until this place! They troubleshooted and discovered we had a defective rim! Hats off to Port Dover Service Centre!! 5+++ stars.

At Port Dover marina for a couple days. We live 2 1/2 hours away. Went to hook up boat trailer to load boat for the trip home at 7:00 pm and see a line of fluids dripping on the pavement. Quick look under yup my truck. With the hood up several people stopped to ask if they could help. When asked about where I could get repairs, all 6 told me take your truck to Port Dover Service Centre. Arrived before opening on Tuesday morning, made contact with Jeff the owner and he got me in for his first appointment. Needed a new rad hose clamp. All done in half an hour. Can’t say enough about the great service, honesty and fair repair price. He even identified another problem I should get repaired. Said he could do it but I didn’t have the time for that repair today. Wish I lived closer Jeff would get all my business

Great customer service. I came to them just before closing time with a flat tire, and they were more than accommodating to help me get it looked at and fixed right away, so I wouldn't be stuck. Highly recommend. Very reasonable, friendly and professional.

I have had a 15 year relationship with this service centre. They have always treated me with dignity, respect and a little humour.This week I took my 2018 Ford Escape in to them to assess the engine light" issue. After a few iterations they determined that it was a major engine issue and should be taken back to the dealership for warranty work. I was tied up on a personal appointment so Jeff called the dealership

It is difficult to give a star rating. Jeff, was courteous and professional and took my car in on short notice. It was brake related and I had to take the day off. My car was then not looked at until late in that day to determine what the problem was and what parts were needed. So I took my wife to work the next day under the impression that this was going to be fixed. However, I get a call saying a part was unavailable until the next day in which Jeff had to send someone to Hamilton to get. Result, another unprepared for day off. So parts could be obtained and repairs made. With all that has been said, I would rate this experience as a 3.2. Having said that, the staff and mechanic were great and very professional. I will give them my business again under properly scheduled means and not under emergency type repair needed. They did what they could under the circumstances that they were dealt with. Based on my experience I think this would be a good place to deal with

Being that I just moved to the area, I didn't anticipate getting a same day appointment. Granted, the part my car needed took a night to arrive, but I got my car the very next day. Wonderful folks, exceptional customer service, explained things well, which was helpful as I'm not a car person and didn't cost an arm and a leg like I was expecting and an overall good experience here.

We are new to Port Dover so I really didn't not know where to take the car for some brake service but I'm very happy that I did find this garage great location great job thank you so much to Chris she was very helpful and of course to the men who fix my brakes I will definitely be returning to this garage and I would recommend them to others.

They were able to fit my wife and me in when our tire randomly went flat in front of their store. Insanely fast service and awesome people.
