Other than the rather long wait, both in the waiting room and then in the office, (isn't that the norm with healthcare in Ontario?) I was very satisfied with the thorough examination given by Dr. Giroux.

reception always puts you on hold for long periods of time, impossible to get an appointment and by the time you do, your problem will probably already be solved... If you do go for an appointment, you better take the entire day off because that's how long you'll be sitting in the waiting room. Three stars because the doctor herself is extremely nice.

1st of all Dr Giroux is an excellent doctor and Lina Arsenault you have no right reviewing her after stealing her files and doctoring them at home then returning them to get an increase on a law suit from a car accident, and also discussing other patients files..wouldnt doubt if you were the nurse fired.. you're a sick, discusting human being.

Dr. Giroux was great. I was seen quickly once I had my referral finally go through. She gives you the time to ask all the questions you have. Treatments were quick and effective.

Dr. Giroux did a remote consultation for my family doctor about a sore on my toddlers chin that I could not get to heal for nearly 2 years. Dr. Giroux was able to correct a wrong diagnosis of his skin problem and following her advice it was gone in a week. I cannot thank her enough.

She managed to squeeze me in within a week while being pregnant and getting a massive rash. She took the time to do research and find ways to help me sleep and cope with it. She is very kind and knowledgeable.
