Had a Great experience with this company! Phoned and shared my problem and was told by the young lady the service man would call back the next morning. Rodney phoned the next morning and gave me a time he would arrive. He arrived even sooner and was very pleasant to talk to with all the knowledge,tools and parts needed to complete the job with in a very short period of time. Cost was reasonable and the workmanship second to none.I would recommend this gentleman and this company to anyone needing appliance repair. Thanks Again Rodney!!

Rod installed my Bosch dishwasher and handled the warranty work. He certainly knows what he's doing; he offers great advice on how to maintain appliances and get the most out of them. His service is always very friendly, and he's there as soon as possible after getting the call. He'll take the time to troubleshoot properly and gives straight-up answers. I'll be calling him for whatever appliances I have that need repair.

Responded to Trouble shooting a broken fridge. We both searched for the correct part ( due to limited supply chain). Then Rodney returned the next week and quickly replaced the parts! Efficient, Helpful and Good Attitude !!

It was easy to book an appointment for a next day service and the price was fair for a quick visit but he was not very helpful in trying to find solutions for the problems we had (tracking down parts). I ended up finding a solution after dedicating about 1 hour of time to the job and that should be well within the abilities of a good repairman. Based on that, I would not recommend.

Needed a thermostatic switch for my whirlpool dryer and he had one when all the others didn’t! He respected the fact I was fixing my own stuff and very professional! You don’t need a PhD to fix washers and dryers their pretty basic and I’m not about to hire the other guys because their parts have a warranty if professionally installed. What ever guys!This place is good and I’ll be back!!

Rod’s my “guy.” I have zero knowledge and skills on any appliance in our home. Rod brings his vast experience and expertise to all the work he completes, on time and on budget, in our home. But, more importantly, Rod brings awesome people skills in his working relationship with his customers. So many guys in his line of work lack that ability. Rod is also super clean. It’s like you never knew that someone came by to fix your appliances.

We’ve had to use Rodney a few times now. Every time he’s been quick to respond, and had really fast service. He’s fixed our fridge, installed our dishwasher and fixed our washer and dryer. I recommend him any chance I get.

My fridge died last night. I called Rodney this morning and he was at my house by noon to diagnose the problem. He went for a part and was back later in the afternoon to install it, and even managed to make several other calls in the meantime. He’s very professional and friendly. Thanks for your help!

Contacted R & B because my dishwasher would not drain completely. Rodney came out the next day and discovered glass in the drain pipe. He got it all cleaned out and tested. Very professional and reasonable rates, would highly recommend!
