All the OBs here were so great! I felt very taken care of and very cared for. Dr Love delivered my baby and was amazing and so sweet. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands.

Dr Hawkins is lovely. She’s down to earth, gentle, caring and she really listens. She spent a lot of time with me during my appointment and patiently answered all my many questions. Thank you so much sweet Dr. Hawkins.

Dr Ng is the only doctor I would see at this clinic! He is caring and compassionate. I had a horrific c section (not due to anything he did) and when trying to give me a epidural he held me in his own chest! He was an absolute amazing doctor who took all my concerns seriously. The only thing I would say is the front staff is terribly rude… I was dealing with a horrible pregnancy and they never had any compassion. You walk in the front door of the clinic and you are completely ignored and left standing there awkwardly. They always acted like they had something better to be doing with their time. (It was one MOA in particular who was so rude she made me cry and almost switch offices after my first visit…)

Great staff and amazing drs. I had a really great experience with them. I was dr. Suvajdzic’s patient and Dr Hawkins delivered my baby. Both were super great, understanding amd caring.

Dr. Christopher Ng is an absolute Gem of a Surgeon and I feel incredibly lucky that I got referred to him by my maternity Doctor for my scheduled c-section. Dr. Ng is everything you would want in a Dr.: extremely kind, smart, personable, down-to-earth, and empathic. From the very first consultation at his office I felt understood, well cared for, and listened to. I am also incredibly impressed with the actual surgery itself; the whole surgical team worked like a well-oiled machine and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed and successful surgical experience. Dr. Ng is definitely in the right profession and imo you should consider yourself very lucky if you are referred to him & placed under his care. Thank you so much Dr. Ng!

No after-hours on-call rotation or coverage. Their voicemail doesn't take messages. So when my wife had complications after being discharged from the hospital we waited until Monday morning, called reception, were told they couldn't arrange a doctor for hours, we saw our GP who sent us to emergency, where we spent 5hrs waiting before being readmitted for 2 days.Later we learned forceps were used to remove the baby & our Ob was unavailable for a week - both things I would expect a doctor to mention.We had a positive experience at other Ob offices for our first child so our expectations are not unrealistic. I would not recommend this group

I had to schedule a c section this pregnancy. At first I was really sad about it because I wanted so badly to have a vaginal birth but the best option for me and baby was to have a planned c section.I’ll start this off by saying Dr. NG was absolutely wonderful!It couldn’t have gone any better. The whole team was incredible. The nurses were incredible at Langley Memorial and a very memorable nurse for us was Mariah. She was so pleasant and caring.I can’t recommend Dr. NG enough. He is such an incredible OB. Made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Amazing at communicating through out the process and even after the surgery came into the office to see me on one of his off days.

Every visit to Dr. Love, I am very pleased with unusual short wait time and very organized and friendly staff. I thank them because I can feel that they also value the patients' time. Dr. Love is very good and thoughtful to patients. She has nice smile all the time and easy going personality. My hysterectomy had been perfectly performed and I was discharged next day earlier than I expected. Thank you Dr. Love and all staff and wish you all the best.

Dr. Ng delivered my baby girl week ago i so feel blessed to have had him as the doctor that day/night. He’s is so down to earth, he is such a wonderful doctor god bless him .I also met Dr. phelps who works at this clinic for a follow up. She was wonderful and very understanding.

Saw Dr. Phelps at LMH. I thought awesome she is going to take good care of me. I had such confidence following up in her office. I was prescribed medication for endometriosis and my family doctor and myself have been trying to reach the office to confirm dose. Impossible to reach. Out of medication, after being told taking this as prescribed is imperative daily. No one answer the phone.
