I use this lot when there aren't any events in the area. But it's a pain to exit when Roger's centre/skydome is sold out for a concert. Trust me when Roger's centre is sold out, park north of king st.

The parking lot is a bit narrow, so you'll need to be careful in driving through it. There was plenty of parking there and elevators to the ground floor. The entry off of Blue Jay Way is a bit hidden - make sure that you don't look for an entrance on Wellington Street.

Underground parking with simple layout, hard to get lost as compared to some other underground maze-like parking sites. The rates seem reasonable.

Parked here a couple times to watch a Blue Jays game. About a 2 minute walk to the stadium. Spots are tight if you have a truck, but I parked at the lower levels as it's usually empty. And if the game is going to extra innings and your parking is about to expire, it's easy to extend the time using the SpotHero app.

One of the best evening rates compared to other locations . Very convenient and walkable to our friends condo . Plus its underground so we opt this over the surface one . No weather issues .

Parking is very cheap, at least on no-game days and underground, so great.But we had a terribly experience getting back into the garage to get the car. All entrances were locked. Luckily, we found a bldg maintenance guy who let us in. Otherwise, we would have to physically walk down the whole garage to P4.
