This store is fantastic! The prices are in line with the big box stores, and in many instances, even lower. The staff are very knowledgeable, and you don^t have to search endlessly in the aisles to find some help. Recently did renovations on several bathrooms, and they supplied the new tub, surround, and shower door at prices the big box stores couldnt match. Their beautytone paint is excellent, and if you have to make a return, it is very easy. I would recommend everyone to go to this store for all your lumber and renovation needs!

Seldom disappointed when I shop here. Usually can find someone knowledgeable about the product who can help solve your problem. Today I was referred here by a locksmith who said this is the place to find the lock part I needed, & he was right. It was not clear to me that part was the one I needed but the salesman showed me it was adaptable for use in two different applications. WIN!

I unfortunately would not suggest ordering online from Home Hardware. Easy to order but something that should be stated before ordering is that someone else (another company) handles the orders! It gives you a link to check the status of the order & sadly that doesn’t work. Several attempts calling the store with them advising they aren’t able to do anything as someone else handles the online orders.. Like what? First experience with home hardware and it was a bad one. I will stick to Home Depot next time!

Still have to use the larger stores sometime but always try to give my business to you guys. Friendly staff and great service will always have me support a company and you guys have kept that going well over the last 30 years that I have been using you. Thank you. Giving up on this store after decades of coming here .. tired of indifferent staff, apart from helpful young fellow in paints; Today no-one had masks and they were congregating in groups - treating the few of us with masks as lepers. If you are going to act entitled, ignore health guidelines & have no products, without offering to order items for the customer - SHUT DOWN!
