The nurse was so rude! She has really bad acent, even my husband didn’t understand what she said (he is a native speaker). When i tried make an appointment early with family doctor for my baby, and didn’t understand what she told me, she said: You don’t understand English??? Guys, educate your employees speak with people!!!

I had thought I had found a Dr who was interested in aiding me in successfully looking after my Physical and Mental Health. I have had 2 appointments with him and have had to wot an hour or more each time. In my appointment I got nowhere on answers. H. The Dr was on his phone and would completely ignore me talking and asking mquestions. He would then reply. I don't know what to tell ypu?? Completely overbooked and unprofessional Dr.

My scheduled appointment was for 12:45 PM and I did not get to see the doctor for 2 1/4 hours. What is the use of making an appointment? Go somewhere else where your time is treated with more respect.

I had an appointment at 3:45pm, waited till 4:30 then waited another 10 minutes in the room.. then doctor seemed to be in a hurry, spent only 2 minutes and told me that he can’t see any issue in my exams, even though I am still having horrible pains.I guess there are no good doctors left in Edmonton. Have to take care of my problems when I go back to Europe for visit. That’s what “free” healthcare is.

Good doctors but basically impossible to get timely appointments. If you go in for walk in they say it's first come first serve but people who came in after me were seen first despite them also being walk in and told the wait would be 2 plus hours. Updated my information multiple times but they still had and were calling a phone number that has been out of service for almost a year. Last time I went in they claimed they couldn't even find my file despite my family doctor being here for the last 2 years yet no issues when I was there a week before that. Receptionist often calls me the wrong name.

Absolutely rude reception staff.I hate commenting on peoples accents and English but she was terrible. I was just calling to book an appointment as I am a first time pregnant woman, and I got hung up on. I called back and they didn’t remember me after I had literally just talked to them. When I asked if they wanted my name or anything to book the appointment they sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. How unprofessional . Will not be coming here.

I went in there requesting Dr. Alshigagi to become my new family doctor. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist asked for all of my information, however, once I got there for the appointment I realized she had wrote everything down incorrectly. I had made my appointment for 1pm, and showed up shortly before said time. When I got there, the receptionist informed me that the doctor had just left for lunch and that he should be back soon... 45 minutes later, he shows up from his lunch. I would've been a little more understanding, but I had called ahead to make an appointment, I did not walk-in. Upon meeting Dr. Alshigagi, he looked at me and immediately had a sour face once he saw how young (and eccentric) I was. From there, he was rude and didn't want to help me at all. He looked at my previous file (which had various medications) and asked me if I were still on said medications. When I responded with no, he put on a very questioning look and continued down the list, still asking if I were on any of the medications. I said no, I hadn't been on them for a while now. He rolled his eyes at me and continued the appointment. After 5 minutes, he gave me some papers and told me that I had to go to another office. I explained to him that I wasn't from the city, and was not sure where this place was. He brushed it off and said the receptionist will help you". Needless to say

Rude and unable to manage their appointments.Expect them to always be at least 2 hours behind.If the doctor, Dr. Salem took any real amount of time or at least care, I wouldn't mind so much.Instead, expect to be rushed out of the examination room as quickly as possible and don't dare to ask questions.As an amendment, I called to see when an agreed upon procedure had been booked, and Doctor Salem had not only failed to do so but was now on vacation and unavailable to make the referral for the next month. Just sloppy.

Got the help I needed, but I wouldn't recommend going to this clinic. The appointment time is spotty at best. Too much time wasted there.

I was told my medications were sent off to my pharmacy numerous times but my pharmacy never got the script so I ended up coming in today and saw my family doctor Dr. selman and what I was told is he purposely caused confusion about my script so I would come in for the refill to get denied for it. He then said what is with white people being on these medications always" because I'm on opiates
