The course sessions experience by coach Hiba was wonderful. I learned new and very interesting ways of overcoming the obstacles I was facing. The notebook I wrote on while watching had the expression time of joy" written on it

It was amazing.I was able to realize 3 negative beliefs about me, and not only that, I also learned how to replace this belief with a positive one. I am grateful for this session with Coach Hiba and I hope that she will allow me the opportunity to participate in other sessions with her.

I Enjoyed my experience in the mental health Challenge a lot, I feel better, depression and sadness are gone, I'm more motivated to finish my daily tasks. I really felt I got back the younger version of me who was more happy, optimistic and ambitious. Thank you Coach hiba you're the best!

رائع لمن يريد تغيير أفكاره سلبية إلى إيجابية ، لمن رييد أن يعيد تجديد حياته و تغيير النظرة إليها إلى الأفضل ، و تخطي الأزمات بعد عون الله ، بحثت و كنت أريد كوتش مخلصة و واقعية لاتعطي وعود مبالغ فيها و إنما واقعية جدا مع إحداث التغيير بشكل تدريجي و بشكل عميق عن طريق العلاج الإيحائي

I’ve had a great experience with coach Hiba and I highly recommend her course or sessions to any female out there that needs support in life. I personally have seen therapist and no one has helped me like coach Hiba.She helped tremendously in overcoming anxiety,stress, overthinking and insomnia.I purchased 4 zoom sessions after my initial free consultation.I am very grateful I found coach Hiba on Instagram and I have recommended her to all my close friends. Living in Australia makes it very hard to find a therapist or life coach that can relate to your spiritual beliefs. The zoom meetings were very professional and coach Hiba was always prepared and would check up on me between the sessions. I can’t thank you enough Coach!!! May Allah reward you for all that you do ❤️

سمعت كتير عن ال hypno therapy من الكوتش هبة وكان عندي مشكلة كتير قديمة وعم تزيد مع الوقت وقرارات مصيرية لازم آخذها وكنت محتارة وموترة ومش عارفة كيف أحل مشكلتي او شو القرار الصحيح. مع أني أخذت كذا جلسة علاج نفسي وما وصلت للنتيجة يلي بدي ياها ما كنت عم أعرف سبب مشكلتي يلي عم تأثر سلبا على كلشي بحياتي.وقبل ما قرر آخذ هيدي الجلسة كنت شوف فيديوهات ومجربة أشياء مشابهة لغير أهداف.أما بالنسبة للجلسة مع الكوتش هبةف كان شي كتير سلس وفعال الجلسة والخطوات كانت مزيج من مشاعر مختلفة وشي قريب من الخيال الكوتش ساعدتني كتير انو اتعمق ب تفكيري لسامح ولاقي سبب مشاكلي ك خطوة أولى وبعد ما عرفت السبب تعلمت من الكوتش كيف أتقبل وأتخطى هيدي المشاعر السلبية مع تمرين للحل الأحسن للمشكلة.من بعد الجلسة ومن بعد تطبيق النصائح حسيت ب راحة كبيرة وكتير كان في تغيير ملحوظ وسريع في تصرفاتي بالطريق الصحيح.بنصح كل حدا عندو مشكلة مزمنة أو جديدة ومش عم يلاقي الحل السريع أو ضايع يجرب هيدي الجلسة بس أكيد مع نية مسبقة بالتغيير للأحسن."
