Jon Cain is a thorough, skilled practioner who is great at helping me deal with some chronic issues.

I have done acupuncture for years, but Rory is truly the best that I have experienced. He knows exactly what to do, and his treatments create long lasting results. I love his work!

I highly recommend Jon at Cain Exercise. Jon has a gentle, knowledgeable approach that immediately puts you at ease. I went to him after a serious sprained ankle. I had been to physio and got nowhere. In a short amount of time Jon got my ankle functioning better and gaining strength and mobility and its range back. He understands people's lifestyles and works with you to find the best solution. He listens when something doesn't work and figures out another solution.
