Wow! BBB is completely useless!! Loomis, pretends to attempt a delivery, I got video proof they never came, find an apology good enough for loss revenues to my company!! Wow! Useless as Loomis!!

Their website is not user friendly. Every time I go in it says server not found. Plus you can only call between 10am and 3 pm

In 2019 I decided it was time to think Solar for my home. After researching companies who did Solar installs I decided on Donnie Dominix, owner of Condor Electric. Donnie was very helpful in navigating me through the process, and as well his electrician background meant that he could do the electrical upgrade and the solar panels. I now have 24 panels on my roof and I am extremely pleased not only with the work that he did but his commitment to seeing my system functions the way that it is supposed to.

Posting for my mother....I wish to thank the Better Business Bureau for your common sense, and direct approach in dealing with issues I experienced when purchasing a microwave. With B.B.B. listening to both sides of the story, the issue was resolved fairly quickly, and I was fully reimbursed for the product I returned. I know , without your assistance, the outcome would not have turned out as it did.

I am very pleased with this service. I encountered difficulties with two separate independent businesses on a DIY construction project budgeted to cost me 50k and ended up costing me 70K. The extra cost is due to inflation but without the assistance of the BBB I would have nothing to show for my expenses because I would not have been able to complete my project in time and likely be fighting in court instead to no ones advantage even if I should win . Negotiating with an impartial arbitrator free of charge is priceless. The public isn't aware of consumer complaints when you win in court however if you put the complaint out for everyone to see the business seems quick to respond fairly as was in my case. Thank You BBB and shame to unscrupulous business practices'.

Useless unless you want more disappointment. This place will do anything to pass the buck or not help people because it might mean they have to actually work. This place should be shut down. By the comments, the BBB is definitely not there to help customers, clients and especially not seniors. Horrible experience and the government and news stations should do an investigation into the Bad Business is Best Bureau (BBB).

My business was given a bad review by a customer that wanted something for free. This customer caused me a lot of trouble. In their efforts to pressure me to provide the requested product for free (I did offer a refund but not the item for free) This customer contacted the BBB who published their version and gave me a bad grade. They never contacted me, they claim they sent something in the mail but I never got it. Then they refused to do anything about the grade once I saw it. I had that online for 3 years. The BBB ratings are reviews are useless if they are one sided opinions. If no one actively looks into the comments made about the business then it's no better then a youtube comment.

BBB was somewhat helpful with my complaint against Bryden Financing & Auto. The Marketplace Counsellor that handled my complaint was very responsive and professional. Although I am not satisfied with the outcome, it was to no fault of the counsellor. Thelma followed the protocol set by the the bureau, for her service I give 5-stars but the rating lost 2-stars becuase of their policies. Understandably BBB can't force the business to do right by the consumer and it's a shame that not all businesses follow ethical business practices.

No help, ended up revealing how foolish their registration process is and how they don't vet it at all. The BBB blocked me from viewing their Twitter, stopped responding to me when I made valid, reasonable points and deleted membership information about a former member off of their website, presumably because I ended up being correct. They had accepted a business which in my view was a fraud, they didn't agree but wouldn't say why, business ended up closing and the Bureau acted like they were never registered. The BBB is pay to play, leveraging the public trust. They take fees and act like PR for a business which eventually just relies on potential public shaming to negotiate help" and the public eats it up."
