Nice store, and they had the two things I went in for. The lady staff member was very friendly and helpful :)

I always love to visit showcase you shop in comfort and the prices are reasonable,very good customer service.

My partner was racially profiled, followed and made to feel very uncomfortable by staff at this store today. This shocked me because we are frequent shoppers at this store, we've spent hundreds of dollars here every year for the past few years and never experienced this while we were together. I am white, she is black, this is the reason my partner was followed and made to feel unwelcome. The store employees tried to say it was store policy, but we've never been followed in the dozens, if not hundreds, of times in and out of that store. Also she wasn't the only one in the store, and the other people were not being followed and monitored by staff members pretending to adjust something on a shelf beside her and following her around. Just ask people what they're looking for instead of being ignorant and profiling people by race. Neither of us will be returning to this store, and I will be letting everyone I know around Bonnie Doon and Old Strathcona to never spend a single dollar in this place. I've seen this behavior many times and it's absolutely disgusting, especially when it's a store you've supported for many years.

Employees talk about their personal lives loudly in store. Will be short with you if you ask too many questions about products. Security lingers in store often. The showcases in other malls are much better

I had unexpectedly fallen on this store when I was desperately trying to order some bubble tea as a gift for my daughter. I wanted the fruit flavored one.I had checked WEM, and went back online later to see if it was available.When it did become available I ordered it online through my paypal somehow it connected me to the Bonnie Doon Showcase even though it is not even remotely close to where I live. A wonderful employee named Kennedy called to tell me that their shipment did not come in and they could either refund me the $$ or I could wait until it DID come in. Of course I wanted to wait, Kennedy was good about checking in with me and letting me know that she expected the shipment soon and would keep me updated. This wonderful human, found out they were not going to get their shipment of the flavor I wanted so she went out of her way and went to the Londonderry location and bought it and took it back to her store so they could DOOR DASH it to me. When the address went wrong they called me to figure it out.... I cannot tell you how awesome I felt knowing this store had me covered. I am truly so excited to get my daughter this for Christmas and I wish Kennedy and all the employees I may have dealt with there who were all so wonderful a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Whoever is manager there....you have some terrific people on your group and please recognize them for their amazing customer service skills! Many stores would have been happy to tell me...sorry we didnt get it- heres your refund...the end" But they were so selfless and went way over and beyond!! Absolutely the best SHOWCASE store in Edmonton hands down! Always clean, fresh and well organized! I am a Showcase regular and the difference between the other Showcase stores I regularly shop and Bonnie Doon it is like another world. Thanks and I want you to know how much I appreciate it your hard work!

I went there to get salt pods and they stopped selling them.

I like the odd items they have in Showcase, however I find some of the items are very over priced while others are surprisingly very low priced. Look for the deals for some unique gift ideas.

Good staff. And fun items at the store.

This staff is a amazing, I've never seen a franchised retail stall care so much about their customers. A man got his phone stolen in the store and the staff went ALL out to get his property back. They're helpful too, I'm short and the lady helped me reach a nicer box down :P good job guys!
