Rude employees.

The place is nice and the products are nice the staff is helpful. I bought a few things while I was there. But I will not return because they do not do returns on any of their items. I bought a robe and when I got home and tried it on it was huge on me. I brought it back within 7 days and they were not willing to refund me at all even though I had spent thousands on them the weekend prior.

Lovely store, the staff was great. Wanted to get the whisky glasses but they were sold out unfortunately, however that is not their fault as stock is limited.

We bought our son some Versace slippers for Christmas. He took them back because they were too small. Because he was 4 days past the return policy day they refused to exchange them. We tried to exchange them after Christmas but the store was closed for the week. He didn’t want a refund, he wanted an exchange. In a time where it’s so tough to keep stores open it’s times like this where the consumers questions the reason?. Customer service should be so important. I called the store and talked with Manager Mandy and she said those were the rules. I think she could have easily taken them back, give him a larger size and wish him a good day. I would highly recommend not shopping here, if they can’t exchange something as small as a pair of slippers can you imagine the issues you may deal with when actually buying something substantial.
