The grad pictures were terrible! The main proof was taken mid sentence. My daughter is so sad that that will be the one goes into her yearbook. Frustrating that a link was sent to give feedback, but our school was not listed. The only option for retakes is $40. Brutal!!!

Ridiculous customer service and they hire inexperienced people to work at schools. They have still not returned my phone call from a month ago. 100% do not recommend these guys for anything. Completely overpriced and take for granted that schools just use them because there's no one else to choose from.

Seems they only cater to grad photos. Would be great if they would expand into family portraits.

Pictures were really good but it took FOREVER for my photos to come in. I had to call them several times for them to actually send my order through and their customer service is pretty bad. If not that my school had chosen them for grad pics, I would've went somewhere else :/

We just had our daughter's grad photos done and the pricing is terrible, especially given the quality of packages available. Also, the photos all come watermarked which is ridiculous given the price we paid. I would recommend setting up you own session with another studio as opposed to going through the school. This would give you much better options and value overall.
